    Date of Transaction: April 26, 2025 Amount paid: ***** Product purchased was Caesar Dog shoes size 6 in the color daffodil. Company states 3-5 business days for shipping. I have yet to receive anything. No confirmation of the shipping date. No email stating the item has been shipped. Nothing in the mail. ****** ****** also states Our customer service team operates M-F from 8am to 4pm EST and usually responds within 24 hours on weekdays. I have emailed them several times as well as tried to contact them through their instagram page with no response. This is not the first time they have done this.

    Placed an order on July 15th for a total of $380.55 for 5 pairs of shoes, 2 leashes, and insurance package. I have been trying to reach out to them via email and social media. They have only replied back ONCE stating they would ship out the same week. It is now the end of the week and still no update on shipping and no email back regarding updates either. I have been advised to write a complaint and report here and to also file a chargeback if I do not receive my shoes.

    Upon review, the package has been confirmed as delivered according to the tracking update: ***** Tracking ********************************************************************************************

    The out-of-stock items were also refunded; however, the refund has not been processed due to a chargeback initiated by the customer. We have requested that the customer cancel the chargeback so that the refund can be completed.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

     You guys shipping the order out does not mean Ive received it  I have NOT received any of my items that I ordered. Aside from not replying back or even keeping consistent communication until Ive opened a case, I would like to also point out, in the screenshots, I have bought order protection. As stated in your policy with the screenshot attached as well, items that never arrived will be re-shipped. What was the point of offering order protection if you guys cant even follow through on the promise? However, considering how LONG it took you guys to even acknowledge and shipped the first order out, I refuse to accept a re-shipment. At this point, I will only accept a refund. I will be leaving for my work trip this weekend and will be gone for the next 3 months. I will not, and physically cannot, accept any packages shipped to my address since I will not be there. The door of the delivery proof in the screenshot provided for the delivery is also not my door. I have attached a photo of my door with ID proof of what my door looks like. Unless there is an agreement of a refund of my whole order, I will not cancel the chargeback.
