    I paid extra for unlimited returns but was not allowed to make a return, four emails to customer care were not answered. This company is a scam

    horrible experience. my order still has never shipped. they emailed me and canceled half my order and did not give me a refund. they refuse to reply to emails or social media. this company is complete trash

    Rating them 1 star because I cant write a review without it. The worst customer service ever. Reached out to them for an exchange that the webpage would not let me do. After me constantly emailing them and in return getting an automated message with the link to return or exchange the sneaker. Even messaged them through IG and a month or so later Im still ****************** I should of seen this coming when I had to email them that I had placed an order and 2 weeks had passed and it wasnt even processing. That same day they mailed it out. Which shows that they do read the emails they just choose which ones to resolve. DO NOT waste your time or money buying these sneakers not because of the actual shoe but because of the service youll be getting in return. Absolutely the worst ever.

    Total scam, ordered on sept 13th, status still say not fulfilled and it hasnt shipped yet. Will not let me cancel my order. They took my money. States on their site that they ship 3-5 business days. Lies!

    I filed a formal complaint. Now I am writing a review. Wrong sizing information. Shoes that run too small. They seem to do this on purpose because they want to charge you Shipping and a bogus $10.00 handling fee. I used their online shoe sizing tool and the *** diagram they provided on how to measure. My measurements fell in line with the measurement video they sent me AFTER I requested an exchange. I would have been set up for failure anyways because their shoe measurements and sizing are incorrect. There is no support to help you with this. They will just place the burden of exchange on you for their poor sizing, quality control of the INSIDE shoe measurments. Very poor customer service. No contact info, just a generic email that isn't managed properly. Their address is bogus. It's basically a *** /mail place. BBB sent me a letter about receiving the complaint, so I am hoping it will get resolved. I sent many pages of proof that they do this CONSTANTLY. I sent many pages of proof that I followed THEIR policies and contacted them during the course of 6 weeks to resolve this between them and I. After 2 months of nothing, I took to BBB. To create a product that has poor sizing, bad exchange policies, and then lack of communication after the fact is POOR BIZ PRACTICE. I ended up buying boots from ****** pooch. Very satisfied. RIFRUF makes SUCH a cute sneaker for dogs, and it's such a shame that they are not ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Buyers beware! TERRIBLE customer service and fraudulent. They charged me for an order that was placed 2 months ago for a single leash and keeps promising to send it to me. I have reached out at least a dozen times and there is always an excuse. They claim that they have been having shipping and warehouse issues. Meanwhile, they keep advertising sales. How can a company advertise sales when they cant even ship one single item that was ordered months ago?? Still waiting for them to refund my order
