    I purchased a hat from ERIC JAVITS on 5-24-25 for $226.31.THEIR WEBSITE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION DOES NOT MATCH WHAT IT SAYS ON THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED. When I return it they will only refund a portion of the price because they charge a $22 restocking fee. They will not refund the full amount even though their description does not match the actual product! They say on the website that you can roll this hat up in order to pack it. When I received the hat there is a label attached to the crown of the hat that says that you should pack it upside down in the suit case and stuff it and support it with clothes to support the brim. I contacted customer service and they keep saying that "The Squishee VIP hat is indeed a packable/rollable hat. We always place packing instructions with all our hats that say "stuff with small clothing items or hosiery" even if the hat is rollable. This is to give our customers options on how they can pack it." The problem is that the hat I received is RIGID and will break if I roll it. THEIR WEBSITE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION DOES NOT MATCH WHAT IT SAYS ON THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED.

    I ordered a sun visor from this high end store, Eric Javits, on 2/1/25. I checked the status of my order on 2/4/25 as I noticed it had not moved through the process. I called them and they said it was on hold because the box for the visor was not in stock. I requested they release the order anyway. From 2/5/25 on, there has been MULTIPLE calls and emails asking for an update, which they could not provide or stated it takes a while for ***** to update. I called ***** on 2/28/25, they stated the shipper has not shipped the item. On 2/10/25, I called and asked if they could overnight the item,I never heard back. I called again and was promised a supervisor would call me. Needless to say, no one called and now they will not answer the phone. They are one of the WORST companies I have ever dealt with.

    I purchased a hat.I received the hat. The hat was so small it barely fit a child.I returned the hat using their form.I paid for shipping and a restock fee too.They have return.I cannot got hold of anyone about my refund to my credit card.

    I purchased (2) hats and returned (1). The return was mailed back the day after I received it. They refuse to credit the credit card that was used in the purchase, and will only issue a gift card! I dont want another hat!! I want my refund!! Horrible customer service!
