    Awful customer service. Needed to make a change less than one hour after placing the order and my request was ignored. This policy should be changed and cancellation honored within a certain amount of time. Then I was lied to and told there was nothing they could do even though the item had not yet shipped. Very bad experience with incompetent and uncaring employees.

    This company will not answer the phone or return emails regarding returns, exchanges or not charging restocking fees for mistakes make on their end. They are not accommodating or helpful. They have great products but their customer service is terrible and I will not be spending anymore more on their products or recommending them to friends. Very disappointing

    Seems like there is no way to get a hold of anyone in customer service. *** left numerous voicemails and emails with no response from the company. Its been a few weeks and I have not received any confirmation with tracking numbers as to whether my item even shipped.

    This company sells premium products at a high price point. Their website notes complimentary returns/exchanges and nowhere does it say this only applies to ** orders. The customer service agent told me I would need to pay for return shipping. I asked her to show me this via their website return policy only to be told that I was right and she will speak to her supervisor about updating their website. One could assume that since the company admitted the policy on the website is not accurate then they would accept blame and pay for return shipping but no. Honestly unacceptable customer service. Just avoid.
