  I had the most frustrating experience with Transparent International Movers. They were completely inept from start to finish. I initially chose them for a comprehensive quote that included packing, transport, and shippingall promised by their sales team. However, I was later told that packing wasn't included, which was the only reason I went with their quote over others, including one that was $6,000 cheaper.After my shipment was picked up in mid-July, communication stopped. It wasnt until more than 40 days later that I was hit with surprise overage charges. The movers packed inefficientlyplacing a bowl in a massive box and crating everything in oversized wooden boxes. I had no control over how it was packed, yet Im the one being charged.Worse yet, my shipment sat at the port for two weeks because no one at Transparent knew it had arrived. My assigned handler was let go, and no one else picked up the case. The *************** didnt know who to contact, and I was left completely in the dark.On top of all this, they wanted me to sign a document for a *$500 discount in exchange for waiving my right to hold them accountable for their mistakes. This felt like an attempt to buy their way out of responsibility after weeks of confusion, poor service, and financial burden.They are quick to demand more money but slow to provide updates or take responsibility. The lack of professionalism and transparency is astounding. I am deeply disappointed and feel completely scammed by this company. They overpromise and underdeliver, and I wouldnt trust them with any movedomestic or ************************* yourself a favor and avoid Transparent International Movers. Theres nothing transparent about them, and their lack of accountability is beyond frustrating.

  We hired these brokers to move boxes from Oregon to Denmark.
  
  Beware of bait & switch tactics, non-itemized invoices, inaccurate dates, ghosting, indecipherable erratic emails and unprofessionalism.
  
  Full review is too long for this site; essentially this:
  
  Promised locked in rate, rate keeps changing. Promised groupage, got palletization. Promised pay upon delivery, forced to pay before pickup. Expect to get ghosted at key points in the timeline. Expect non itemized invoices with math typos. Expect storage fees that pre-date pick-up date. Expect demands for payments that are 400% higher than the signed estimate.   Transparent was super helpful with moving me from ******** to ******. I am a photographer and was very worried that my equipment wouldn't all make it but they take care and work efficiently I appreciate them so much!

  Ill start this review by saying that Ive always disliked moving. There was always some hiccup along the way especially when its a big move. Transparent International made great efforts to ensure I was beyond satisfied with their services. Communication is of utmost importantance during any move, big or small, and they could not have been better!

  My mom recently relocated from ********** to the *********** for retirement. She had collected many fragile items over the years, mostly from ****** and thrift stores, so we needed a trustworthy moving company. After researching, I found Transparent International Movers.We were impressed with their service. They handled all the paperwork and made the process smooth. They were patient with my elderly mom and offered helpful advice along the way.When her belongings arrived in the ***********, everything was in perfect condition. Were very satisfied and will recommend them to the ****************** in *******************!
