I just got off the phone with Steve Madden because I was told my package was delivered. I see the proof of delivery and it was not my address so I reached out to the *************** and it is only a inquiry based system so that takes 48 hours. I then reach out to Steve Madden and they told me that I have to wait until Monday to contact them back (its Saturday) to ensure the package is not delivered to me. I stated to the rep I have the proof of delivery on the Carrier's website with my name on it and it's not my address so the package was delivered but okay. Then I asked what would happen when I called back Monday?? I was told it is going to be investigated and that can take up to another 5 to 7 days mind you I ordered these shoes almost 2 weeks ago just to be told that I have to wait additional week!! They cannot just send me another pair or even ask for me to send proof of delivery or the rep could have contacted their Carrier and got the proof of delivery and I could have shown my front door of my home. I will never in my life order from Steve Madden again. They placed me on hold for **************************************** there's nothing they can do for me I will have to wait. These were my birthday shoes. Never again. I would never do business with them AGAIN!!!Steve Madden, Ltd.

I placed an order online for new boots (retailing at $185.85) and received clearly USED/WORN boots without *************. It wouldnt even be possible for me to return ********* in store as it didnt even come with the shoe box/original packaging? I reached out to their customer service and they offered a 20% partial refund or to send a replacement after I return the items. I inquired about the replacement because these shoes are not exactly cheap, only to be told that it was actually sold out. It was my first time purchasing from this business and will definitely be my last. Not even sure how they thought shipping used shoes without the packaging would be acceptable.Steve Madden, Ltd.

The word "clearance" and "final sale" should be listed next to the price of the item to differentiate between items that are on sale versus ones that are not. I purchased two pairs of shoes for the first time from your site, only to later learn that they were clearance items and not eligible for return. This tactic is deceptive marketing and shameful.Steve Madden, Ltd.

All clearance items are clearly marked on our website with the following statement written in red below the "add to cart" button: "Clearance items and gift cards are final sale. On Feb 24, 2023 i purchased shoes in store at the ******************. I asked the girl to grab me a new pair from the back and she left the pair at the counter for me while i continued to shop. I trusted the steve madden employee gave me the correct shoes, this was not the case. I went home and realized she gave me the wrong shoe. On Feb 26 i went to return them and was told i can exchange them since the shoes she gave me were clearance. I explained this is their error and the shoes i wanted were not clearance, the shoes she mistakenly gave me were clearance and i want a full refund. The employee who had a terrible attitude lied saying she was the store manager and was going to refund me but continued to tell me that clearance items can not be returned. I told her i dont care to hear about rules of clearance items as i did not knowingly purchase a clearance item. I was then told she is refusing me service because i had an attitude with her. At the same time another employee came over stating she was the manager as well. So i left the store with shoes i never asked for and no money refunded. Aside from that the employees were horrendous, acting like a pack of wolves ganging up on me and lying about their titles. One even yelled out sarcastically have a nice day. Horrible customer service will never purchase anything steve madden again.Steve Madden, Ltd.

The sizing of these are not correct. I kept them for so long and never wore them because you all messed up my order and delivered so late that I missed my event to wear them at. Yes I tried them on but never for an extended period of time. When I go to wear them I cant. They are like 2 sizes too small and I really love them but this has been by far my worst shopping experience. ***************** were no service at all. *** sent countless emails to get assistance with getting the cross body bag to match that I ordered and you all never made that right and it was an error on YALL art that I didnt get the bag delivered with the shoe and got the shoe too late. It was just too much. I would love to get the bag to match my sneakers and to exchange these for a 12 although I wear a 10. This is not cut correctly to sizes standers and theres no disclaimer on how this product does not align with the size chart. Also why keep allowing orders to be placed when they are not in stock??? Someone please contact meSteve Madden, Ltd.

I ordered shoes on clearance meaning they were unable to be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately they arrived in a little bit of a mess and I was unsatisfied. After leaving a review, customer service reached out of their own accord and offered either a partial refund if I wanted to keep the shoes or to allow me to return them for a full refund. Very generous and some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced.Steve Madden, Ltd.

I placed an order in May for a pair of shoes for $124.30 (Order #******). I returned them late for which I was told I would only receive store credit for. Then, instead of actual store credit I was issued a one-time use credit code which expires at the end of October.So even though I have already paid $124.30 to Steve Madden, if I don't use the code by the end of October, then my money is down the drain. This is disgusting and an extremely shady business practice and Steve Madden is essentially stealing money from customers.I already spent the money!! My store credit shouldn't expire it should be the same thing as buying a gift card. Image buying a gift card and then being told that it expires in 3 monthsSteve Madden, Ltd.

If you do not use your one-time use code by the date it expires, we will be happy to extend it for you. Our system only allows the one-time use promo codes to be valid for 3 months at a time, so if you do not use it by then, please contact customer service and they will be happy to extend it for you. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes 2 months ago. I received an email from ***** that my package was arrived but it wasn't delivered. I sent an email explaining that I never received my order they told me that they are going to do the investigation and it will take 7 days. After 7 days I sent a new email asking for the "investigation ", they told me to wait little bit. Now one month and a half since I sent the first email and they never answered, So I lost my money, and I wasted my time trying to recover at least the shoes or my money.Steve Madden, Ltd.
