      I purchased 2 pair of Steve Madden shoes on 4/5/2022. The first pair arrived in June, too big. So I gave them to my sister. On 7/26/2022 I received the 2nd pair, only to find out they're too big as well. So I tried to go to the website to get a return label only to find out now they're saying its clearance, they were not on clearance when I paid $109.95 us tax in April? And its not allowing me a return label. I haven't had these shoes 24 hours. I want my money back, on order # ******* for the red shoes I purchased in April and just received in July because they are too BIG, i haven't worn them, I only tried them on for a fit!

      I ordered three shoes online from Steve Madden, all the same style and size, just different colors. When I received all three in the mail, each shoe fit different. One shoe was too big, the other were too tight. When I tried to return the shoes in store, I was told that I because I bought the shoes on clearance, I cannot return them. Each shoe cost a different amount, so how can they be on clearance. Shoes bought online should never be final sale.

      Hi Ordered shoes online on June 22nd, 2022 and had to return all 3 shoes. Two of them were damaged and the 3rd pair did not fit. Two of the shoes were final sale one was damaged and the other one didn't' fit, They told me i couldn't return the final sale item that didn't fit because it wasn't damaged. I told ***** who helped me with the return that all the shoes were the same just different colors and the sizing was clearly off because the size 7 fit with all but the 3rd shoe, still ***** told me no he cant process a refund because its not damaged. How am i expected to keep a shoe that doesn't fit? and how is it not a faulty shoe if the same "VALA" shoe I ordered in 3 different colors with the same size 7 does not fit? I will never be a customer of ********************************************* again, the shoes are extremely cheap now and clearly they don't care about quality of shoes or customer service.
