    Best purchase experience ever! Contacted me because I didn't have the right item for my car. They changed my order before it was sent out to save me the waste of shipping and time involved.

    PLACED AN ORDER. WAS TOLD 3-5 DAYS TO PROCESS. REACHED OUT ABOUT EXPIDITE AT A CHARGE. WHICH IS NORMAL. 2ND WEEK CAME AROUND WITH NO TRUE UPDATE. WE TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER. I CALLED 3 TIMES BUT GOT NO ANSWER TRYING TO CANCEL. I *****ED USING THE CONTACT US FORM ON THEIR WEBSITE AND GOT NO ANSWER OR CALL BACK. I GOT NOTIFED THE NEXT DAY THE *** SHIPPED. I RESPONDED TO THE ***** THAT THE ORDER WAS REQUESTED TO BE CANCELED. KNOW THEY ARE CARGING ME A BUYERS REMORSE $85 FEE TO RETURN.I SHOULD HAVE HAD TO PAY THIS. I WONT EVER DO BUISNESS NOR WILL MY COMPANY EVER AGAIN

    Flagship one has the worst customer service. Not helpful at all. There site says 2-7 days its been 8 and am still waiting on product to test ***** R was rude and not helpful requested to speak to account manager or supervisor and of course they were unavailable. Wouldnt recommend ordering from here. On their site it shows 5 star reviews I dont know how thats even possible. Maybe some fraud going on there

    They only got a 1 star because 0 wasn't allowed. I ordered a computer on June 16. I was told it would be ready and ship within 2-7 business days. They confirmed they had the computer I needed. I then got several emails stating they were working on it and that they are having a lot of orders so they were delayed. I received 5 automated emails 3 of which were the same email and 2 of which were a different email. I kept trying to reach out but the account manager ****** *. never responded once. The sales lady kept trying to help me but their computer system doesn't give them proper data. After a month and receiving 5 canned email messages I contacted her very furious and was then informed they didn't even have a computer to fulfill my order. I requested to speak with ****** C's manager because he obviously was not doing his job or he would have contacted me as soon as it became aware they didn't have the computer I ordered. Instead they just let me keep getting these stupid auto generated emails for an entire month before the sales lady finally had to do ******'s job and get me the news that they didn't even have a computer and were trying to outsource one and have no way of knowing how long it might take. When the manager of ****** *. was unwilling to call me back yesterday and refused to make him accountable it made it clear that the company is just dishonest and ran in a horrible way. Obviously ****** and his boss should both be fired because they are both worthless and very unprofessional. For reference my order number was H1712159 and was placed on Jun 13th 2025. It took until July 16th and multiple calls for me to finally realize that they had zero customer care and I was able to file for my money back. If only the account managers worked as hard as their sales team and the technical issues team this company might not have so bad of reviews. If you are ****** C or his manager you should both be ashamed of yourselves and be fired!

    If I could leave no stars I would. We purchased a module from Flagship one and received the product a week and a half later after it was "bench tested" to ensure product worked. We received the module and it still produced a draw on the vehicle. We called and put the module in through warranty. They sent the shipping label and we mailed the module back to them. It took three weeks to get an answer after calling multiple times per week. I was told ***** (the account manager) would reach out to me later in the day. I received no emails or calls from the company with any updates throughout the testing time. I was told that the unit is in testing every day and it was expedited. From a fellow service provider to customers, I did not appreciate being lied to daily with no contact from my account manager. I even told the service representatives that we have been promised a phone call or email multiple times before with no response from the account manager *****.I was told a new module cannot be sent until this module until this one has been diagnosed. The Technician found an issue with it and we were told we still have to wait for the account manager to approve the new unit, which would take another week with their testing process. Ultimately we are getting a refund for the product which is unfortunate, I'm not sure why on their website they only list the 5 star reviews. I don't recommend using this company, but if you do, I hope you have more patience than me and my customer.

    Was directed to Flagship One by a previous mechanic who thought it was crazy to go to a dealer to secure the part when I needed it. My car was in a repair shop for other issues, but they pulled the **** shipped it to Flagship and it was returned to the shop very quickly. I have driven the car since and all of the electronics seem to be functioning well. ***** *. was very prompt and communicated well during the process. I would highly recommend!

    ****************. Account specialist ****** * is not a good account specialist. They send the wrong part call about she said she would get supervisor. Supervisor never call us back. This company is not worth it and customer service is not good when you have to hang up on people because you are wrong. Do not recommend.
