    Kidtastix sold me the basic package that included a face painter and balloon animal sculpture. All I got was the face painter. I would like half my money back since I only received half of the services that I paid for.

    I rented a bouncy house on 7/14/2023. I paid the full amount, $283.77. On the day of the event, (7/18/23) they were a no show. They never called or messaged. I called and emailed many times throughout the day and I never got through once. They have yet to reach out to me.

    First and foremost, we apologize for any inconvenience caused to **************** on the day of her event, 7/18/23. After thoroughly investigating the matter, we would like to provide a detailed account of the situation.

    According to our records, **************** rented a bouncy house from us on 7/14/2023, and the full payment of $283.77 was received and processed. However, on the day of the event, our delivery team was unable to complete the delivery and set up at the designated location, as **************** had chosen a park as the event venue.

    As per our company policy and local regulations, we are not permitted to set up equipment in parks without a valid permit issued by the ****************** Our office immediately informed **************** about this situation as soon as our delivery team arrived at the location, a call was placed to her to explain all the details. We made it clear to her at that time that we cannot proceed with the setup due to the lack of a park permit.

    Regarding the desired resolution, **************** requested a refund, and we promptly processed a full refund of $283.77. Her account has been credited with the full balance, and she should see the amount reflected in her original payment method. Please see attached proof of full refund proceed on July 19, 2023. 

    We understand that communication is vital in such circumstances, and we deeply regret any lapses in our attempts to reach **************** throughout the day. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the lack of communication, and we have taken internal measures to ensure better communication channels for such situations in the future.

    The company lied about all the details in their response. They are making up the story or have me confused for another customer. The location was a residential home, not a park. Furthermore, they never directly reached out to me at all on that day or any other day for that matter. I just want to warn other future customers from this very unprofessional and irresponsible company.
