    This is a scam company. Took a deposit and then cancelled after the time when they were supposed to deliver. They dont even have a working phone number. I spoke to another company after the fact and they confirmed that Kidtastix is a scam company.

    Aweful company. 0 stars. They communicate solely by text...they never return a phone call or answer an incoming phone call. After I paid in full based on an online quote, I called to confirm the details of the order because we had changed the date and weren't sure if they could accommodate. At that time they stated that simply because I tried to confirm, I made them nervous and they wanted to issue a full refund and cancel my order. I literally begged them not to, as it was the day before the party and a weekend and I had no backup option. They continued to state that they wanted to give me a refund and no one ever showed up to the party....yet they followed up by email and text to thank me for making them part of my event and ask for a review! Here's my review. **** has more helpful reviews with similar and identical complaints. DON'T use
