SHE TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN TO MY NEEDS AND CONCERNS, SHE STAYED ON THE LINE WHILE WAITING FOR ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION TO PROCESS AN RX AND SHE ASSISTED WITH WITH DETAILS REGARDING FUTURE BUSINESS FOR OTHER PETS IN MY HOME.     This company knows what the term customer service means. Very helpful an courteous and helped me save about $240.00 per year on my dogs RX and I didnt have to do anything. They called vet and Ive got the medication on auto reorder. In addition, Im saving on some of the dog food on an item I cant find easily elsewhere
