    I had a great experience, the website was easy to use and had my pets medication available at a much cheaper price than at the vets.

    We needed a medication ASAP. I called every vet hospital in a 2 hour radius and none of them carried the medication. I called every big well-known online pet pharmacy and none of them could guarantee overnight delivery. It was incredibly frustrating how little they cared that we needed the medication urgently and I was repeatedly told that they would let us know after they processed the order whether overnight delivery was "approved" and if it wasn't approved it would take 5-7 days to get the medication. This was not acceptable. I found PetCareRx online and called them and explained the situation to customer service and they jumped on it. They quickly requested the prescription from our vet and processed the order immediately and guaranteed overnight delivery. We got the medication the next day. **************** understood the assignment! We are so thankful!

    Such a pleasure and positive experience working with ******. She was very friendly, professional and personable. She asked about us because she knew I lived in ******* and wanted to know if we were ok. Very sweet and caring. Also I had to change order after it was completed and she maintained a pleasant demeanor. She's a gem, treat her right. *****************************************

    ***** was very professional, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable with the whole ordering process. My vet had changed my diabetic cats food brand and ***** quickly got this changed and sent the vet the info needed. All was done smoothly. Great job!

    Called in to get my refill on my dog prescription, and was able to speak with **************************************. She was very informative and was able to above and beyond, just the services of placing the order. she made me feel comfortable and asked all the right questions about the prescription and wrote additional notes. She also mentioned some additional items from my previous orders inquiring if i needed to order more, which was great as i need to get some but didn't think about it until ****** mentioned it. overall a 10 out of 10 with her customer service.

    Customer Representatives ***** and ****** were fantastic sorting out some Payment problems that actually was because of a computer glitch on payment Companies endSo very professional ..knowledgeable and gracious Explaining all they did to rectify my dilemma! She patiently answered my questions and I had lots of questions. *** is knowledgeable, friendly and devoted to making customers happy.     They offer several ways of saving on my pets medications and supplies. Their Pet Plus alone saved me hundreds of dollars with free shipping and sitewide discounts.

    I found this site to purchase prescription food for my dog when our usual site was out of stock. It was exactly one year later when I was changed $105.19 for a membership they claim I got for free for a year when I purchased the food. If I didnt monitor my card I would have never known they did this. Super shady move on their part charging people a year later for a membership they never tell you about when making your first purchase. Beware!

    I ordered a bag of cat food and got it at a twenty percent discount. My package arrived four days later and it was properly packaged. It was a nice experience and I definitely coming back for more pet supplies.
