    I've been ordering regularly from PetCareRx.com for about 6 months. They've never disappointed me. The shipments always arrive on time. The quality of the products has been great. Today, I called to inquire about a product, hoping they carry it. Even though they don't, ******* (the representative) went above & beyond to help me. She was very knowledgeable, as well as willing to take the time to do a little research. She showed compassion for animals & for me. I'm so happy I called. Thanks *******!! ????

    I was aiming to re-order an oral *********** medication for our dog-- but ran into a snag, as I was in the midst of changing to a new veterinarian, and had multiple 'slow downs' in that process, which all put my order 'on hold'. I couldn't have been more pleased with the EXEMPLARY customer service at ********************-- I was assigned a *real person*, who graciously 'kept up' with me for at least 3 months, contacting me repeatedly to see if I still wanted this order to go through. Once I finally got my new vet appointment for our dog, I contacted this *wonderful* woman directly via our previous 'email' correspondence-- and got an almost immediate answer... and she got right to helping re-initiate this order. In one day, the order was 'en route', and my dog will soon be fully protected again from fleas and ticks. She couldn't have been more helpful, at EVERY step of the way!! I *highly commend* PetCareRx -- they have the most wonderful customer service people EVER!!! THANKS!!!!*************************, a very happy customer ;-)
