    Spoke to Natatia this day 06/1 5/23 I was refilling our Dogs regular heart meds and then we are adding our dog's prescription food. She informed me that Lemon Bay will be notified, I told her that our dog has been on this RX dog food for quite a sometime and I would also contact Lemon Bay to make sure they get this info. as I will need this ************** stated they have no problem as ******* has been on this food for quite a while. They said that RX usually gets the info out in the morning, and she told me that she will call me in the AM and let me know it has been confirmed. It has always been a speedy process with our vet and Pet care RX. Once again, I had ************* from your ***************** Thank You ******* .

    I can't say enough good things about Pet Care RX. I have been using them for many years and they have never disappointed me. I recommend their Pet Plus program. It is worthwhile to enroll in that program. The customer service reps have always been courteous, prompt and follows through with emails that let you know when your order has been shipped.

    Started an order a week ago for 2 prescriptions for my dog and still don't have them and only 1 has even shipped. They told me I had to cancel and resubmit my order due to the incorrect prescription amount and I wouldn't need to do anything else then had to call back again to tell them to process the change. They are more worried about signing you up for an annual membership than taking care of your pets.

    It has happened to me only twice in recent memory, where an organization hires and empowers employees with policies that are truly customer centered. ****** actually called me because I had placed a rush order, and she was unable to get ahold of my vet (weekend impending). In the meantime she wanted to inform me of how to get the best price for future orders. I dutifully followed her instructions. Who does that anymore. Kudos to PetCareRx and ****** for their excellence. Plus she's a sweetheart.
