    Harassing and threatening phone calls that break laws. If they would provide more information, I would file charges against them.

    This company called me and expressed how i am feeling sewed for malicious fraud. After several attempts at asking this was regarding she stated I would need to give her my social. Once I stated i was not comfortable with it and that I never received the letter she started screaming at me. Clearly this is a scam I’m trying to get people Social Security and info watch out!!!

    Called and left a threatening voicemail saying they were going to bring papers to my work or home for me to sign or to call a number. Called phone a number that is blocked. Then somehow have my sisters, mothers, aunts, husbands and daughters phone number calling them harassing them about this "so called lawsuit" that they have out against me. They have given me an address that is an old address saying that they will show up and have police officer there as a witness and that they are going to come to my place of employment as well.

    Got a call from Mike Mason saying he was a location specialist he left voicemail saying he was going to show up at my employment or home because of the legal documents, so hard for me wrap my head around that people actually work for someone to scam others SMH

    Me, my husband, and stepdaughter have all received phone calls from an "unknown number" within the last 3 days. I don't know about you, but with all of the scam calls, we normally don't answer calls from unknown callers. I have received 3 threatening emails from the same man, Mike M****, and each getting more and more threatening. The latest voicemail I received was today, 4/17, stating he would be at my home and/or my work within the hour. The voicemail I received was at 10:22 am, and it is now 12:24 pm. We don't even know what this is about. My husband called the "filing party" at the number they left on my voicemail but they're unaware of what we're talking about. This is getting really ridiculous and I'm seriously thinking of contacting the law. If Mike M**** would provide more details, we might be more apt to provide more info.

Then somehow got my sons brand new cell number that has not been given out to anyone. Seems strange that they somehow got his number only a day after me filling out an application for him on my phone. I’m thinking this place is a scam and is trying to scare people out of there money

    I received a call from a "location specialist" David A**** (hard to understand) with a threatening call and gives the number to a filing company (you all). And then proceeds to say good luck you have been notified. First I was not the person he was looking for. AND if I knew the person after his attitude and manner, I would not tell him. He is not a good location specialist because you got me instead of the person you were looking for. Please remove my number from your system as I do not want your calls and they will be considered harassing phone calls. Your caller Mr. David violated the law already by calling anonymously. I am a retired law enforcement officer and have no problem following through with criminal charges. Under Louisiana Law RS 14:285 - Unlawful communications; telephones and telecommunications devices; improper language; harassment; penalty A. No person shall: (1) Engage in or institute a telephone call, telephone conversation, or telephone conference, with another person, or use any telecommunications device to send any text message or other message to another person directly, anonymously or otherwise, and therein use obscene, profane, vulgar, lewd, or lascivious language, or make any suggestion or proposal of an obscene nature or threaten any illegal or immoral act with the intent to coerce, intimidate, or harass any person.

    I have received three restricted/unknown calls from this company. The first time I answered the call and the person sounded very aggressive. I asked who this was and got no response. I believe it was a recording. The next two times I got a restricted call, I did not answer it, so it went to voicemail. It was the same person every time. She says she's location specialist H***** and her demeanor is nothing less than aggressive. She does not say who she is looking for or where she is calling from. She states she has these papers that are set to be delivered and proceeds to leave a number for a filing party which is 877-***-****. She requests a call back in order to place a stop order, otherwise she threatens to come to my place of residence or employment. I played the message for my husband and he had received the same exact message within the same timeframe as I did. The message he received said the company name, and it was the same woman who called my phone. Again, very aggressive tone of voice and threatening to come to place of residence and/or employment. Just this morning, I received another restricted call, and it's same person once again. This time she states that since she hadn't received the call back that she will be out to our home or place of employment within the hour. This time she started off the call with the person's name she was looking for. Well, that person was not me, nor my husband. I am sick and tired of being harassed. Do not call people just because they have the same last name, in hopes that you find that individual. I have had enough!
