They have called my number the last two days using a private number. I have no idea why they are contacting me. They mentioned someone else's name, so why are they contacting me? They are extremely rude and I couldn't tell them they had a wrong person because the person read a script and when I tried to talk, she hung up on me. They have also called my husband the last two days. We do not owe anyone any money. This is harassment.

I'm not even sure why they're contacting me. I got a nasty voice mail message from them stating they wanted me to sign a legal document and that they would be coming to my residence and my job. Both of which I'm not sure on the legality of. While I haven't done so, I'm trying to file for bankuptcy for several accounts... none that I'm aware of involve them. They never mentioned anything about what debts, if any, they were collecting for. Just that they were wanting my signature on a legal document and potentially coming to my home and job. I tried calling them, but I got voice-mail three times in a row. I just want them to stop contacting me so I can get on with the business of getting my affairs in order and dealing with a potential bankruptcy.

I have been contacted several times with very threatening messages to show up to my job and my home. They never stated who they were calling for or mentioned the business they were calling from. They have harassed my extended family and the debt isn’t even mine. They refuse to tell me what it’s for and can not provide me with an address to mail a cease and desist letter. They were also unable to provide me with a tracking number or any other reference information other than a phone number. At one point they claimed to be *** the phone company when I called back after I was hung up on. This is clearly a scam

Company uses third party calling system called "location Services" that called multiple family members multiple times asking for my home and work address so they can "serve" me. They have all my information so I don't think this is necessary. When contacting them I was sent to the "case manager" upstairs named Jennifer who was demanding, rude and did not like for me to ask questions about their company or how the process works. She said she would send a debt validation via email but I did not receive. I asked on two separate days. When I stated they could come and serve me as they threatened she hung up. During the second call I asked for the company address. Google says the address is a USPS location. The agent on the phone (a male) stated they have my info and I already talked to a rep and hung up on me again for simply asking questions. He did let me know I can check with the US government and they do have the right to contact family members as much as they need to. Rude, threatening and harassing tactics are not a way to resolve a debt. I have also filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in hopes other consumers are not spoken to and treated in this manner.

I received multiple calls from ###-###-####, ###-###-#### and ###-###-#### 10/15/2024. The message left a call back number of ###-###-####. The messages were from a woman and a man. Both stated in the message that I was to call back immediately as papers were being served at my home and place of employment. I called back and spoke with a Clare who was yelling and wouldn't allow me to speak. As soon as I wouldn't provide my social I was told that I would be served at home and at work as a law suit had been filed. I tried to say, that wasn't true, I check with the county courts where I lived, but she would not allow me to speak and said I wasn't going to speak over her and hung up on me. I called back, and she answered the phone Mrs. ******** you are on a recorded line with which I answered good. I was told I was not going to talk over her and she hung up. I called back and immediately had the same response, only this time I requested for my number nor anyone associated with me to be called. She stated she would call whenever she wanted. These people called my husband's boss and left a message. This man has zero connection to me. And if I'm correct what they are calling about is a year past the statute of limitations in Texas. Something needs to be done about he harassment to family, friends and acquaintances. They are breaking the law and I've submitted a complaint on the FDCPA website.

Starting on 09/30/24, my ex wife and I started recieving calls from a random private and blocked number. On my phone they leave vague voicemails saying my name and looking for my location and to call back or will be coming to my residence and work to have me sign documents. When I call the number they leave (###-###-####) and it goes to voicemail it says they are KP Asset Consulting. When you look up that number it doesn't come back to any business, when you look up KP Asset Consulting it comes back with a different number, which I called and it rings 3 or 4 times and disconnects. I never spoke with anyone there but everything points to scam. I want these people shut down and for them to stop calling.

I have received several phone calls from a No Caller ID or Unknown number as I do not answer those kinds of calls it went to voicemail (a picture of the vm left is added) in this voicemail Dave A**** (who isn’t even a person) states that I will be visited at my home & work place if I don’t contact them. After the initial 2 calls my brother calls me and tells me that him and my sister in law are now receiving phone calls from them as well. Note they live outta state and have for over 15 years. I call and ask that the calls to my brother stop who is battling sever heart issues & his health is extremely bad. I got no acknowledgment that I asked to stop harassing my family. When I stated that I will proceed with the phone call when they verbally confirm they will no longer make contact with my dying brother I got hung up on. Called back and spoke to Jennifer, at which time I confirmed my name and asked what company this was for. She states she needs to verify who I am could I confirm my social security number. At least 2-4 digits of it. I told her I was not comfortable giving any of my SS# to anyone over the phone. She got upset by this and states that she needs to confirm who I am that I could be anyone saying I am who she was looking for. I stated well I’m telling you I’m this person, who is the lawsuit from. She states she’s not telling me anything till I confirm my SS#. I begin to advise her that I will be glad to confirm another way at which time while I’m talking to explain this to her she begins to yell out my name, birthday and address out. I said I will confirm that’s my birthday. Before I had a chance to say anything else Jennifer screams at me to not contact them again & have my lawyer & hung up the phone. After about 7 attempts to call them back Jennifer finally answered without confirming who I was & screamed stop calling I will not speak to you have your lawyer call me & hung up on me again. I still have no idea who the complaint is from what company.
