  1) I moved, my internet service at the time charged me a full month payment even though tge day i called to term my service they attempted to keep me but i confirmed they did not service my area and insisted. Anyway, left me aith a 102 balance. I paid my balance with the company. It somehow still went to collections, and I had to dispute it with all 3 companies each time it was was removed from the other credit bureau. Example,I disputed it with Experian and it was removed, then a week later it was added to my Transunion. I disputed it with Transunion, it was removed Monday 6/16/25, I kid you not, it is now being reported on my Equifax as of 6/17/25. I just filed another dispute. Ther MUST be a law against this somewhere. So now I am reaching out to an attorney.

  Not only did the collections go into the WRONG PERSON (same name), but they had the audacity to call me weeks after I made the payment saying "If you would have made a payment it would've been notated on our end." They tried to get me to pay TWICE! Luckily I had taken a photo of the confirmation and once I gave them the number they backtracked on everything they said.

  Don't want to give a star, the pieces of s*** said that they reported to ********** that I had a zero balance, the farest from the truth. Got on phone with ********** and the piece of s*** guy, TransUnion told him and me that his company reported 350 balance NOT A ZERO BALANCE. He wouldn't do anything until I had ********** on the phone. He kept telling me we did all we can do and then some. Problem was on ********** side. Caught him in a lie and he didn't like it, he hung up on me. All he had to do was to send another update to ********** and it would be all over. Instead he was hard headed, rude, an *******, giving the company line ********, instead of just doing the obvious thing. Oh they also have an 888 number that trys to sell you a credit check. Scam. This company needs to either be put out of business or fire every single person and then send each person to school on how to talk to people. If they reported things right in the first place I wouldn't have been on the phone. All collections agency are scum.

  Sunrise credit service they lied about what being discussed when someone to call them to do settlement or to discuss a ******al account I call them to discuss a credit report that being post on my credit ********* the first call i have spoken with a ****** and i asked them to give an offer to settle my account at once . So I agreed with a amount and i was ready to make the first payment of a settlement of $1300 after the she verified my identity asked questions and get my social security number and she told me that my voicemail was recorded and I agreed with her so while i was talking to her she the phone cutoff Then I have to call another ****** and i have no record the first ****** that i was talking to at all I asked to speak with the first ****** that I already did the statement with but the second ****** that I called has no record said no voice recording at all . So i have to talk again with second ****** where the second ****** has rise the settlement of one thousand which instead of $1300 she raised to $1900 to . I told the second ****** why i just had a settlement less and should have a record said no record of the first call and this account its not mine where did dispute on it but i through to remove it .My complain about this company that lied to me at first call and said to that my voice was recorded but she was lying to me with no professional attention to deal with a such is*** to solve with a ****** like me that asking to fix his credit.This company lying about what been discussed by phone call to a customer asking for assistance this ********************** company is reporting credit to steal money to destroy people credit like me This collection company its not good and honest people I will not give any stars because they dont deserve such attention and respect at all .I will keep dispute my account for every until they ***** that they hurting peoples life I will one day file a *** against this sunrise credit service to teach them how theyre wrong!

  This is complete BS! The scammers reported to Experian that I owed $658. ******** contacted me via email, and I logged on to check my credit report/account and sure enough the scammers placed on my credit today! I immediately filled out a fraud report and asked ******** to dispute the fraudulent charge/account. I locked my account a few months ago because I always watch my credit but somehow these SOBs reported it. I checked my other bureau accounts with Equifax and ********** and they're fine. I went ahead a placed a potential fraud alert to be on the safe side. It is so frustrating that people attempt and do take advantage of people this way, but i will fight their sorry ***** to the end. THIS IS ONE FULL BLOODED AMERICAN THAT WILL FIGHT BACK!

  This is a complete bogus company. They contacted me. I do not have a bill. I always pay my bills on time. Theyre going to get money out of people that are not vigilant and are not prepared especially the elderly or people with a brain injury. This company needs to be shut down by the government or sued

  Sunrise posted a bogus collection claim against me with all major CRAs.Sunrise is unwilling to cooperate and remove its collection request promptly.Their representatives are rude and trained to intimidate customers into making a payment. In my opinion they should not be allowed to access consumers credit files because they don't act in good faith.
