    I keep getting text messages from this company about a debt that is owed. I clicked on the link, stupid of course I should not have, but when it came up it had my fianc's name on the report. I called to discuss the matter and they were extremely rude and would not give any information. I understand for it is on his name however they sent me the text. Neither one of us have past due accounts and for this company to keep contacting me is harassment.

    I paid off a $92 debt and asked them for a deletion from my credit report. I was given an email that nobody has responded too and Ive made 2 attempts via email and via phone. They are unresponsive but took my money . ******* was rude and reading me a prompt saying this is an attempt to collect a debtwhich has been paid already.

    I'm still very ****** but my bill is supposed to be from charter who never had but wouldn't I have charter on my credit report. How is this place still in business

    I received an email from this company stating that I had agreed to communications with them. I have never heard of this company and definitely never gave them permission to contact me.

    They are trying to collect a debt from me that is a complete fabrication. Nothing on my credit report and nothing in the mail. Just harassing and threatening phone calls and now they're calling my friends.

    I haven't spoken to anyone at Sunrise Credit Services yet, but as I continued to read the bill they sent me the last section said "We have several free self-service options for paying your account"one of which is Visit us online at ****************************** A bogus site. something completely different comes up. I checked my typing address for errors and the same thing showed. so, I call BULL****!!!!!!

    This company purchased a debt from **************** Communications without knowing that the debt alleged by **************** was in error. Spectrum informed me (the customer) that my account would be ************************ and that I had a zero balance after the credit. I highly recommend anyone contacted by this company seek legal advice before making any payment.

    would give 0 stars. Very shady company and will tell you different things in the same conversation. They will not give you any contact information within the *** even though I asked repeatedly. "****" told me to call back the next day and then did not honor what he said the day before. I highly recommend not using this company for any reason.

    Sunrise Credit Services, Inc.Bogus debt trying to collect money. Received a letter stating a debt collection attempt on my ***** Mobility". Balance Due on 5/18/24, stating my **** "Account Number", (which is also bogus). I have had Southwestern Bell/**** for 47 of the last 53 years, never had a late payment nor billed for services. To readers, I would join in a class action suit to *** them for fraudulent and abusive conduct. They are the least professional business company I have dealt with ever.I'm also, filing with my State Attorney General to cease correspondence or calls of any nature from the above named company.
