      This company is full of crooks and thieves and is incompetent at every level. They outsourced all their tech support to the *********** to individuals who have no idea what they are doing and are just reading online manuals to try and provide support. They put my entire software database and sensitive patient information at risk due to their incompetence. After performing a software upgrade, which took hours and hours the entire time only being able to communicate through a chat window (they said they had no phones) my IT individual said someone in the *********** tried to backdoor access my patient registry without permission!!! Stay way way away from these ***s. They will take your money and provide you the worst customer experience you have ever had. IT *** said he has never in 40 years see such reckless and atrocious IT service.

      This company is toxic and owned by Satan himself !! Total and absolute garbage!! Lack of communication and lack of professionalism. There is absolutely no integrity with this company. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

      This review is for their ******************* The sales team is slick and have great ideas. Once it comes to executing the ideas, the specialistwill not email you back even after three prompting emails. The only way to get their attention is to speak up for a manager. Once you get re-assigned to another specialist who is supposedly one of their best, they will pull up the wrong account and give you somebody elses SEO metrics. Its total irony that they are meant to promote your business but cannot even get your business name correct. And once you have terminated contract, they will continue to bill you monthly - leaving you obscenely frustrated for having to undo all their fraudulent billing. The Sesame acquisition by Henry Schein One is abysmal.

      I share the same sentiments as all the other reviewers. I switched to ******* several years ago after being promised that all the data from the old management software would transfer seamlessly. Well it did not. We had to use 2 practice management software simultaneously for over 2 years until we transferred everything MANUALLY. The salespeople are slick and promise you the moon. Once they sell the product, you are on your own. I recently had an issue with an Xray sensor I bought from them. They sent a tech to the office. 57 dollars for an "arrival charge", 400 dollars an hour for repair for the first hour and then 100 dollars for each additional ******************************** order to use the software, you have to subscribe to the Henry Schein One which is ******* dollars a month. It is beyond ridiculous. Henry Schein was a small-time dental supplier and through acquisitions, it pretty much gobbled up the competition and now they are free to charge whatever they want. I would not ever deal with them if I knew what I know now.

      I had a sales meeting a few years ago with a Dentrix Ascend salesperson. I was interested in the program and was made aware of the its limitations. At that time we chose not to proceed. When I looked back into the program earlier this year, I was given a demonstration by a different salesperson. Since I knew of the previous limitations for Dentrix Ascend, I had very specific questions I asked to see if things have changed. These aspects were very important in my decision. When I decided to switch to Dentrix Ascend, I was under the assumption that changes were made and the previous limitations were taken care of based on the sales meeting. I also expected to cut some additional costs because we were supposed to eliminate another 3rd party appointment reminder program ($800/month) because we were promised Ascend can do what the other software could do. Whether intentional or not, the sales rep gave misinformation about what the program can and cannot do. The changes I asked about were not made and the program cannot do everything our other 3rd party vendor could do. Now we have to hire a separate staff member to manually fix something that was promised but not delivered, and also have incurred additional costs because we needed to keep the 3rd party vendor in order to provide a vital service Ascend couldn't provide. I have written documentation from my sales guy saying that it was his understanding was that Ascend could do all those things promised to me. Schein however has not taken any responsibility and nor have they tried to make amends for the misrepresentation of the product. I asked four times to speak with the manager of the person trying to convince me everything is fine but instead of complying with my request, she keeps making excuses of some "Sunshine Act" instead of providing the contact information for her manager. Extremely disappointed such a large company will not take responsibility for their mistakes.

      non descriptive product, buyer beware. Absolutely the worst medical supply store to deal with. I feel like they do this to scam providers. I wish the hospitals would stop using henry schein because there is better companies out there that take care of there customers.

      All of the products we sell are in the manufacturer packaging, if you receive something that looks suspicious please call our customer service team so we can process a no charge return and replace your order. We do everything we can to provide excellent service and value for our customers.

      Poor customer service, called with problem on Dentrix, several times, for full week, can't get tech support to resolve the problem, they never call back, always transfer to the tech support depot, placed on cue, for hour, then call is "dropped". Still not resolved. It doesn't matter if you ask for supervisor, no call from it yet. Asked to to escalate the case, but again, not returns. Frustration to the point of reconsidering to switch to another system. Keep that in mind when your office depends on the dental system but you can't get support.

      The dispatch center gives a date when the tech will arrive and then on their own, they reschedule for a much later date. This happens repeatedly. Not acceptable.
