      Henry Schein doesnt offer support for their products. We use their OMS Vision, when it failed, we lost our entire database. We had no way to see past, present or future appointments. We couldnt see patients profiles. We couldnt bill or collect. We couldnt open up or update the **** Schein wants immediate payment but offers zero support. This has cost our practice thousands of dollars, almost productivity, lost billing, patients and referrers. They do not offer any support. Choose a safer, more customer friendly software. They arent the best during the best of times and they are the worst when things go wrong.

      I paid Henry Schein *** for a new Dexis digital sensor and software starter buddle in 2022. I was given a used digital sensor with no seal, no packaging, and a used software with no valid license number, no copy right. As such, ******************** and Dexis never be able to install the software on my computers. I waited for over two months for them to fix the nonworking software, suffered a lot of business loss. Finally. I had to buy another software and sensor from another vendor. Henry Schein equipment sales acted like a bully, and had been denied to let me to return their nonworking product. It is illegal for them to sell a software to a consumer with no valid license.
