I ordered flowers for a friends funeral from Roger Florist. I only found out that Roger Florist in **., took the order which I thought was on a MS. website. When I went to check my e-mail to see if flowers were delivered to Funeral Home in ***********. The Florist in MS., had no such order. The e-mail stated that they did not service that area and that the money would be immediately refunded back into my account. This happened on August 4, 2022. Every day they have another excuse for not refunding my money back. First it was 5 to 7 days then 11 days.Today is August 17th. I called today and still not posted or pending on my credit card. I had no Flowers for my family friend funeral and to be taken advantage of during Bereavement.Customer Answer

I placed an online order for a floral arrangement on July 14, 2022 (Order Number *****) in the amount of $72.20. They emailed me later that day and said they don't deliver to that area and should not have accepted the order. They said I would receive a full refund and "refunds usually take 3-5 business days, but with debit cards, it may take up to **** business days to reflect." I contacted them on 7/20 and 8/2 for a status update on my refund. On both dates they stated the refund had been issued and should show up to my account. We are now over a month out from when I placed my order (23 business days) and I have still not received my refund. I want my full refund immediately. If they are having issues with refunding it to the card then they need to send me a check for the full amount.Initial Complaint

I ordered flowers online from Roger Florist, ***************************************************************, order# *****. They took my money immediately.Within two hours I received a cancellation notice stating they do not have a florist that will deliver in that area.I called them immediately asking about my refund and was told I would have to wait 10 to 15 days for any refund. I told them this was unacceptable and was told a refund would be issued within 72 hours. Never heard anything back from them. The order was placed on August 9th today is August 12th, I called again today asking if there was a refund issued. I asked for a refund notice, they did send one today which has a refund with todays date, August 12th. This is not acceptable and am worried I will never receive anything from this company. 8/2/2022 ordered flowers for funeral. Never delivered, charged but no refund issued. They sent me an invoice for $60.97 and an email one hour later stating they don't deliver to that area. I've called many times, they put me on endless hold.They have now flagged my number and will not answer.The emails they have sent....I can no longer access ******************************** is no longer in my email account so I cannot forward the original invoice or the email to cancel my order.Phone number is ************** and they claimed to be in the city close to the Cemetery so they could make the delivery within a couple of hours. On Monday, July 25th, I ordered get well flowers for an out of town friend. They were to be delivered on Wednesday, July 27th. On Tuesday, July 26th, money ($60.00) was deducted from my account. I also received an invoice via email. The flowers were not sent. I called the number listed and complained, telling them that I wanted a refund. On June 17, 2022 I ordered flowers from Roger Florist. The total for the order was $117.14. At 1:12PM I received an email confirming my order (Order: *****). At 2:03PM I received another email from Roger Florist cancelling the order and I should see my refund in 3-7 business days. I never received a refund. I have called them 3 times attempting to get my money refunded. On the third phone call I was put on hold and no one ever picked up the line.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company on July 8, 2022 at 8:30 cst. The company automaticaly canceled my order saying it was outside of their jurisdiction, but whedn i checked their delivery area the zipcode for *****, ** was listed. I have yet to receive a refund. I waited to call them after the first alloted time and since speaking with them they have made countless excuses on why a refund has not been received, I called them again on July 24th and again today the 28th. Again received excuses and saying an adition ***** business days. At this point I would like to just receive my refund of $57.22.Customer Answer

On April 29th I ordered flowers through Roger Florist for a family member in **********, **. The order was accepted and money deducted from my debit card. An hour or so later I received an email from Roger Florist advising they could not deliver to my relative's zip code. I've been trying to recover my $83.44 ever since. Calls, emails, etc produce the same result... no refund. I've since learned others have suffered the same fate with Roger. I want my money back.Customer Answer

Ordered funeral flowers to be delivered on July 6 2022. They never received the flowers I called they told me they cancelled the order was not in there area I never received any cancellation email.
