      SCAM ALERT! This is not a legitimate company. Cyber crime. Ordered flowers for delivery and never received the order . Their phones don't work so you can't contact anyone. That day my mail was flooded with thousands of e-mails in many foreign languages and now cleaning up from identity theft. What a mistake to order from Rogers Flowers. An invisible crime. I notified the authorities. Beware.

      I ordered flowers from them to be delivered to my stepdaughter after her grandfather's passing. Within an hour after transaction, I called to ensure that they would deliver same-day as their site described and they said delivery is usually within a vouple hours on same-day services. Great! Then I was emailed saying that they could not deliver and that I would be getting refunded. This was in November of 2022. I notified them a month later that I never received a refund and have very little correspondence with them since then. I have contacted them through email and phone several times over the past months. Still no refund! $79 gone! Smh. I feel scammed at this point.

      I ordered flowers on line from this florist when my stepdaughter had her son. I was contacted by them indicating the delivery address was not within their area so they would refund my money. After some time passed and I did not receive my refund I contacted them and they told me it had been refunded check again.I have made numerous attempts since then to no avail No flowers.no refund Would certainly not recommend.

      Ordered flowers for sympathy to a friend of $75.95 on 3/6/23 and the next day I received an email saying they couldn't deliver the flowers and will refund our account. Never received the refund. I called numerous times, they do not have a customer service and emailed 10 times NO Response. So frustrating.. they scammed me!!!

      Roger Florist deserves 0 stars, I wish that were an option. On 1/18, I ordered a same-day delivery, the site indicated this was possible. I found out several days later they didn't deliver. so asked for a refund. Friendly e-mail on 1/23 assured me I just needed to wait a day or two for it to hit. Didn't happen, so I wrote again (couldn't find a phone #) on 2/2. '******' (not even a person, I'm sure) assured me that they had sent it and showed me what was supposed to be proof from their system, but it didn't look like anything from a billing program. Subsequent e-mails on 2/7, 2/15, 3/14, 3/17, 4/28. I'm done and am out $76.

      I ordered flowers on 3/15 as it appeared to be a local website..got no confirmation...I called the next day and the lady at the Real Rogers in ** told me that there was a location in ******** that I had prob ordered by mistake. They billed my credit card for ***** the next day. I emailed them and then got the "we are sorry and will refund" spill. I emailed them back 2 weeks later after no credit received and got an email from someone named ****** who said she was the manager and could see that the credit had been requested. That has been more than a month ago and I have received no credit. They have also stopped responding to my emails. I believe that this is a scam that accepts the order and then holds the payment hostage.

      I searched for a florist that did same day delivery to a specific area. Roger Florist came up. I placed an order for a floral delivery in the amount of $71.40 on March 31, 2023. The flowers were never delivered. After a few days, I reached out to Roger Florist customer service via email. I received an email back that they canceled the order because they don't deliver to that address. I was told that I would be issued a full refund. I've emailed them back several times since then as I have never received a refund, but they do not reply to any of my emails. As of 4/30, I've still never been refunded for the order that wasn't delivered.

      SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!currently theres over ***** complaints on these A holes with identical stories and motive..Rip people off while their trying to show compassion and condolences for a loved one or friends loss or celebration. Just sickening to think they continue to rip people off and know one is shutting them down.

      I wish I would have research this company prior to ordering through them. From the multiple reviews posted, it is Clear that I am not the only one to fall victim to this company's fraudulent and unethical practices. I placed and order for a bouquet of flowers and was chardlge $62 plus change. I was then notified that they couldn't deliver to my area, and a refund would be posted. The refund was neve posted, and I have emailed them continuously. A manager wrote back and took a Screencast of a supposed refund. And asked me to wait a few days. The refund never came through. I have since contacted them multiple times and requested my refund. One person wrote back, and I never heard from them again. Nor did I ever get my refund. So disappointing and criminal to be honest. Especially if this is happening to multiple people. ******

      Ordered flowers for a loved one. They charged me and the next day the flowers didnt arrive. I emailed them (no contact via phone provided) and they informed me that the address was undeliverable.After multiple inquiries about a refund that they kept asking me to wait until it cleared. There has still been no refund. Absolute scam.
