      Rogers Florist is a group of scam artists. In fact the address for ******** is actually a bank. I spent $75 on flowers that were never delivered. I called them and complained and spoke to three different people. The last person was a woman. When I told her this business was a scam she said she didnt deserve to be talked to in that manner and hung up on me! They did not say theyd refund my money!

      Accidentally ordered out of delivery range and was told I would receive a refund. Almost 3 months later and still no refund after numerous conversations with company and promises of refund.

      They are crooks. Website said they delivered country wide. After receiving the order online, they sent an email saying they dont deliver to a suburb of ******* and would refund my money. That was the first of three lies over six weeks saying they would refund my money. Dont trust them, liars and cheats and should not be in business.

      I ordered flowers online for same day delivery. After payment was taken, I received an email that the delivery address was not in their delivery area. The email also stated that the refund had been issued and "...may take up to **** business days to reflect." I called on the 12th business day and was told that it "should be in my account" and to call back in two days to speak with the manager. I called back as requested (business day 14) and was told to call back in 3 more business days to speak with the manager - that he was already gone for the day. (Counting the weekend, this would add almost another week to the wait time.) The refund is STILL pending...

      My mother ordered flowers for my grandfather's funeral through Rogerflorist.com and they were never delivered. She called the next day and was told that her order was outside of the delivery area. Then they said they could refund her but it would take ***** business days. After researching this company, this same thing has happened to several people. The website claims it can deliver anywhere in the U.S. yet its main shop is supposibly in **. Can you imagine getting a floral arrangement for something like a funeral or a memerorial with a heart felt card attached and then it never arrives? That's happened to more people then just my mother and its sickening that nothing is being done to shut this website down. Another interesting thing about the website is on the main page it shows what appears to be a screen shot of their ****** review being a 4.9 out of 5 with 744 reviews but when you go to search the website, underneath it says "no information is available for this page". Which I found out means that the website prevented ****** from creating a page description, but didn't actually hide the page from ******. Which to me says they want people to find them on a ****** search but they don't want information like reviews and location information shown when their website pops up. This website needs shut down. It's clearly a scam!

      I ordered flowers for a funeral and paid for them but the next day I received an email stating they dont service the area despite that the website clearly states they DO service that area. I was supposed to get a refund within ***** business days but its been 21 business days and Ive spoken to the owner over 4 times about it and she continues to state that it will be refunded next week for over 2 weeks! I had to order from another florist in time for the funeral. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I noticed someone else on here had the same experience. This company is a fraud! Im still trying to get my $100 back! Im also going to call my bank institution for help. BUYER BEWARE!!!

      I wanted to have flowers sent to my grandson (he was getting out of the hospital after an operation) - I wanted a local florist and Roger Florist looked very inviting and it was open til 7pm - per website. It showed a ****** map nearby where I wanted the flowers sent - I knew a local florist would get it there in a timely fashion. So I thought. I went back and noticed that the customer service # was in ******** ** - When I called I said how did they expect to get the flowers delivered to PA when they are located in ** - the person who answered said he didn't take the order (although he sounded like the same person) - and that they would send me an email and refund my money. they charged me $65 - and never refunded my money. I just went online to BBB and discovered that there is another site address in ********* **, same phone # - and it has 30 complaints for the same reason. It is not only false advertising, it is fraud.
