      Working with ******* **** has been an incredible experience! As my mortgage analyst, he made the entire process feel effortless, clear, and even exciting. His expertise in navigating all the available programs was a breath of fresh airand thanks to him, Im finally getting my dream pool! I truly cant recommend **** enough. If youre exploring mortgage options, do yourself a favor and give him a call. 10/10 experience!

      I wanted to give Giant Shout Out for Mrs. ******* ****** who went the Extra Mile to get us our Refi on our home She is a Wonderful Lady and the Perfect Employee for Reliance, She worked Really Hard to get us approved and we will be Forever Be Grateful to her for doing so Reliance would be Smart to compensate this Lady anyway they could to keep her in their Refi dept.Thanks So **************** for All you did for us ***** $ ***** ******

      Refinance and cash out equity. If it wasn't for ******* *********, I don't know what would have happen to me! He kept me in the loop at all times along with his team. I was praying for a **** **** and he was the Everything to me! Thank you again ****! I'm in tears cause I never had anyone like you!!!!

      My loan officer ****** ******** with Reliance First Capital has gone above and beyond during the entire loan process. I would gladly recommend to family and friends. Plus she is fun to talk to and has the patience of a saint.

      Service was Trash. I let them Talk me out of going with another firm. They requested and lost my Documents numerous times. Employees Would mix up me and my wives phone numbers. They required me to pay for my House Appraisal and many other banks do not. I ended up going with a local bank and They do not. the process Cost me roughly $700 and when their bank said no to the mortgage I asked more my money back and All I got was Crickets. Dont use *** with his 30 plus years doing this hes a, Uused car salesman. He nor his Boss ***** have responded to my Email but they got paid. DO NOT GET SWINDLED LIKE I DID

      Don't inquire about a loan with them. I received 7 calls + from them daily. Their incessant calling has led me to writing about them here and not doing business with them.
