      This company told me they will assist me. Cause I gotten myself in a jam. But instead of really helping me. They put me more of a jam. Then even suggested that I sell my home. The normal thing of big promises and them changed interest rates the last minute. I was at 4.8 they kick me up to 6.3 promised me they will get it back down before the first payment. After I took the loan. Believing in them. 3 payments later and I called them. They promise they will call me back and nothing. Crooks just to get your business then dump you.

      Reliance First Capital partnered with ******************** to service my loan and the result loan, catastrophic. While Reliance originated the loan, they failed to oversee ************************ reckless servicing practices, which include approximately eight inaccurate mortgage statements, ignored QWRs and NOEs, inaccurate and false acceleration and foreclosure notices as well as inaccurate and derogatory credit reporting as a result of misapplying payments and sending out inaccurate mortgage statements. Despite my pleas for intervention, Reliance turned a blind eye to Dovenmuehle's RESPA violations, allowing them to jeopardize my homeownership, family, business, and mental, physical, and financial health. Even after filing a lawsuit on 05/20/2024, Reliance's legal team proposed delaying discovery until November 2025 while continuing to issue new false mortgage statements for the April 1, 2025 payment. Their indifference to compliance and consumer protection is ************* NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR LOAN Reliance enables predatory servicing and refuses to accept any accountability or to hold their partners accountable. Choose a lender that prioritizes transparency, not legal gamesmanship.

      I was initially happy with my broker Ms ****** *******! She was phenomenal throughout the entire process! Fast forward, I am extremely disheartened and not thrilled with the company. On yesterday, I had received a phone call asking about a collection (keep in mind that *** sent two money orders for the complete mortgage payment). It was postmarked ON TIME and was there ON TIME. However, they tell me that I didnt send when I know I did. After being on call for 40 minutes, theyve claimed that it didnt have a signature and sent it back. I did not receive the money order back yet but me looking at my picture that I had taken, it was evident that there was a signature on the money order. Theyve charged me a late fee that wasnt my doing and have reported to the bureaus as a late payment which is unjust and unfair! It was clear that everything was in its rightful place. Will not be using or recommending anyone else.
