    Nothing short of a horrendous experience with the supply house. Shipped damaged product. And when the undamaged item arrived it was incorrect. They will not return the item and have nothing to say and are not willing to discuss options. I now have an 80+ yr old client that is out $1400 for a tank that is not usable for any person. They cannot sell the tank because it is unusable. This company should be ashamed of it's policies and lack of care for it's client.

    I recently ordered water heater elements and rod and received them in a timely manner. However, every day since I place the order my laptop screen is covered with pictures of parts and ads for SupplyHouse. Somehow, SupplyHouse has invaded my computer screen space with constant ads all day long. And they always picture stupid parts that I do not need. They seem to have somehow corrupted my computer address with a virus that displays their ads every few seconds throughout the day. I will never order from this company again.

    I placed an order for four items on June 29, 2023 at 3:30 pm because Supplyhouse.com offered next day delivery for three of the items if ordered before 4:00 pm. *** notified me that the three items were picked up by *** today at 4:48 pm, and are scheduled for delivery on July 6th, six days later than promised. The polite term for this behavior is disingenuous false advertising. People less concerned with being polite probably would use less favorable words to describe this company.

    i started to give them more of my business but they didn't follow through with their deliveries when they posted them so this was it i called about my order asking why they didn't meet their delivery date and they told me it was anomaly and i told them you lost my business for good!! Po s company that can't follow through on their promise of delivery!!!

    I was going order a mini split system from supply house but thought I'd compare price to other competiutor sites. Found one on a competitors site for 150 dollars less. I showed them the competitors website but supply house refused to match it. CSR said that they would not be making enough profit to match the price. Then I pointed out their matching price policy on their website. They said they could give me 20 dollars off. I said they should put a disclaimer on their website that it's on a case by case basis.

    Needed a replacement for a Trane furnace controller. No heat. Diagnosis: no power to igniter. I ordered part on Friday and website said delivery by Monday. Part came on Saturday mid-day. I installed part part and the furnace was back-up and *************** service. Will definitely use Supply House again.

    Placed 2 separate orders. Both orders I was shorted on quantities ordered and paid for. This is criminal! I sent emails both times with no response. I guess I will be disputing charge on CC since no action was taken from seller for selling only 75% of something for 100% of the price

    2-day delivery option disappeared once order was completed, could not schedule delivery day/time other than the assigned 3-day window, also could not schedule delivery on my day off with freight co. Required to miss day of work for delivery($$$$). Received water heater today, driver took off before inspection. Product was damaged, need to replace. Had to cancel appt. with plumber for upcoming install($). Need to wait for *** to deliver new pallet and straps-also cannot schedule delivery day/time with ***. Am night worker with only ***'s off, will likely miss *** and have to go to their warehouse for pallet/straps. Cannot generate return order until *** delivery. Do not possess a printer, cannot return without use of a printer I do not own. Asked S.H. to generate a form NOW and just mail it. Nope."Just go find somebody and use theirs." Your phone presense was pleasant . . you offered a $50 discount(c). Yay Don't blame you for the driver.
