With multiple distribution centers shipping times are great. However, because of this their credit card processing is a DISASTER. Just hope youre not close to your credit limit as they get an authorization when you place the order and then get additional authorizations depending on shipping location. So, if you happen to be close to your limit, some of your order wont ship for days until the original authorizations fall off your credit card account. TOTAL MESS!!!!SupplyHouse.com

When your order is first placed we do request an authorization from your credit card company to hold the funds for the full amount of your order. I ordered on a Saturday. I asked to cancel on Sunday. Instead of cancelling, and instead of getting back to me, they prepared the product for shipment - withing 30 minutes of my cancellation request (on Sunday). I requested cancellation several more times that day, explained I no longer needed the part, explained that they would be losing money on shipping since I intended to refuse the package. They continued with the shipping process, in the hope, no doubt, that I would just keep the package once I received it, especially if faced with shipping-return charges. In the end, it shipped, and after all my railing, they decided not to charge me return shipping. Whatever; they lost on shipping outbound and on shipping return. And for what? This was far, far from a decent shopping experience of the sort that inspires trust in a company. I have ordered from them before. I will not order from them again.SupplyHouse.com

This is the second time I've ordered a part from the Supply House and there service and pricing is unbeatable. Our furnace draft fan went out and it's below freezing outside and we had no heat. I ordered a replacement fan on Monday and their website said it would be delivered the next day. And it was delivered the next day. We live in the mountains in California and we never get service like that, least of all next day delivery. Furnace is up and running again. Great company.

I just received my FIRST order from Supply House, and I could not be more satisfied with the entire ordering process. From the ease of using their website to quickly navigate and find the products I needed, to the checkout process was completely painless and truly one of easiest transactions I have done.And get this, my order was delivered to me in LESS than 24 hours. I ordered a liberty tank and pump from supply house. **** arrived damaged. Supply house representative stated he would send me a pallet and straps to return it. Two weeks later no response. I called and they said they emailed me to ask for pictures. They also said I would have to call liberty pump to get this resolved. I will take the loss, before I will jump through a bunch of hoops. I am a busy entrepreneur. I will not do business with people who play games. Every plumber I know will now know that you are not here to help them after the sale. After the sale support is the main concern I had with not dealing with a local plumbing supply house. And You FAILED!SupplyHouse.com

This company says it has no control over shipping. Upon ordeing my order it said or I thought it said guaranteed delivery on Wednesday Oct 12th 2022 now they do not even know when it will get here. They have no control over shipping when I got told. Well then they should not say when the delivery date will be when they can not control the delivery. Had to return items I ordered wrong. I understand I had to pay for shipping out of my refund. Sent back **** tracking says items were delivered two weeks ago 8/15/22 @ 906am to "*********"- still not refunded for the remaining balance. CSR tells me it's because they have gotten around to "checking them into their warehouse". Proceeds to tell me they need to check them in and then I can expect the refund 1-3 business days after that is completed- no timeline on when they can get around to checking in the parts that have been in their possession for two weeks.SupplyHouse.com

Just received my first order today. Great job. Found the company online yesterday after having difficulty find the right York furnace filter elsewhere. The correct filter arrived the next day as promised. Just what I ordered - plus it was securely packaged and the *** tracking link they directed me to was spot on.
