On 5/10/2016 I purchased a Thumb Controled Mini Water Wand, ITEM NO: RP-SRMW-M, from Target. On 3/20/2022 I purchased another one directly from Ray Padula, order #: *******56 On 10/28/2023 and on 11/2/2023 both items stopped working. One would not shut off, the other would not turn on. I have submitted 3 warranty claims for each item. I have written the company 3 times. And I have made numerous attempts to call the company always with the same result, no one answers and the mailbox is always full.So far I have had ZERO response from the company. So far they have failed to honor the warranty they list on their web site for the product: " Lifetime warranty garden with complete confidence! Ray Padula does not respond to their online warranty support claims. When you attempt to call, nobody is available to speak with your regarding the claim, in fact, you will not be able to reach a human. You can't leave a voicemail because the mailbox is always full. I've called for months, it's all the same . Do not recommend purchasing these products - they will fail and there is no warranty support.Initial Complaint

I bought a Ray Padula garden hose 9/5/14. It came with a 10-year warranty. It most recently fell apart 8/11/22. I submitted a warranty request and was told through email from ****** in customer service that the item was temporarily out of stock and would be sent to me as soon as it became available. I have tried calling several times and left messages; though the recording says calls will be returned, I never received a call back. I see on their website that several hoses are available for sale. I sent and email pointing this out and got no reply. I really need a hose soon.Customer Answer

I purchased Ray Padula Quick Reverse Metal Oscillating Sprinkler on 3/20/2022 for $25 from *************. The item is warrantied for life. The sprinkler is no longer working. over the past three weeks I have filled out on line 3 warranty claims. They say they will respond in 24 to 48 hours. I have ZERO responses. I have sent them on line two messages and still no response. I have made numerous attempts to call them and it is impossible to ever reach anyone and the mail box to leave a message is ALWAYS full. I purchased a Ray Padula hose nozzle from ******* in Jun 2019 which has a lifetime warranty from defects. Aug 2022, I filed a claim on line. I did receive an email from them asking me for patience and they would send out a replacement. It is now Jan 2023 and I still have received nothing. I emailed several times since with no replies. Now I am trying to call daily leaving messages and still no reply or product.....the consumer voice mail is now full so now I am leaving messages in their retail voice mail and still no reply phone call, nor a replacement sent to **** went to ******* to see if they had any way of contacting this company and they did not help me.Has this business shut down or gone into receivership?What is happening with this company and where is my replacement???Customer Answer
