      Warranty Submission #******* Ive been having major issues with the Ray Padula Company not honoring my warranty for defective garden hoses. On June 22, 2019, I purchased a Ray Padula Magic Flex 100 ft. RP-IFEX-3P hose at my local ******* for $74.98, minus my 10% Associate Discount, plus taxes [total of $76.26 CAN]. The hose came with a 5-year warranty, and I still have the original box and the receipt. This original hose became defective, and was replaced under warranty by Ray Padula in October 2019. That replacement hose became defective, and I received another replacement hose in September 2020. This third hose also became defective, and Ive been waiting for a replacement since July 2021, when I made a warranty claim for this third hose. I still have copies of the email correspondence from *** Padula regarding the replacement hoses, pdf photos of the defects in the hoses, and warranty information that was provided with the replacements. In September 2020, I was told in an email that a replacement hose would come with a 5-year warranty from the date I received the replacement hoses. I have been waiting for this most recent hose replacement since I first submitted a warranty claim in July and August 2021. I have sent numerous emails since then, and Ive re-submitted warranty claims through the website. I received one email reply on October 5, 2021, stating: Your replacement is being processed this week.I received another email on April 5, 2022, stating: we are processing your warranty replacement request. We will provide the shipping details for your replacement as well as a complimentary hose nozzle once the tracking # is confirmed.Im still waiting for another replacement hose. Ive had no replies to my numerous inquiries since April 5, 2022.Ive tried calling their Customer Support telephone number multiple times, but the message always says that the mailbox is full and is no longer accepting messages.

      Purchased "50ft Heavy Duty Infiniflo plantium garden hose" on Aug 25 2021 at ******* and recently just open up to use. The hose brass coupling come off on my first use so i have reached out the their customer support since it came with warranty.I have filed a warranty claim through their website "******************" on July 2nd 2022. I also have sent an email to them ***************************************** on July 6th 2022 since i have not get any reply from them. In the email I have attached the receipt and picture on the product where it break and my address and phone number. On the the same day, their customer support staff (******) has replied back to me by email saying "We will process your warranty replacement request and will provide the shipping details for your replacement once the tracking # is confirmed.".After July 6th 2022, i haven't received any further email from them. I have followed up 2 more emails on July 14th and July 16th asking about the status on the replacement but they did not response or reply back to me.
