    I am a regular customer of ******************** and frequently purchase Vitamin C and other supplements from this brand. Normally, I buy the Vitamin C with Rose ***** which clearly states on the packaging that it contains 1000 mg per ********* my recent purchase on ******, I decided to try a different varietyVitamin C with Bioflavonoidswhich also showed 1000 mg in the product photo. However, when I received the product, I noticed the capsules were significantly smaller. Upon reading the instructions, I realized the dosage requires two capsules to reach 1000 mg.This feels misleading, as the packaging and presentation suggest that one capsule provides 1000 mg, which is not the case. It creates confusion and seems less transparent, especially since the version with Rose **** indeed delivers 1000 mg in a single tablet.Although I plan to continue purchasing Carlyle products because of their quality, I feel disappointed by this experience. I hope this feedback helps improve clarity in your product labeling and presentation. Additionally, I would appreciate some form of compensation for this inconvenience, which would reinforce my trust and loyalty to the brand.

    We apologize if the label is confusing to the customer as that is never the intent, we are very clear with the suggested dose but I can understand that some will and can be confused. 

    Customer can return the product for a refund. I suggest the customer call the customer service to discuss if she feels she has more to discuss regarding her order.

    I can't return the product since I live in *****, but based on your response and what I originally requested, it's clear to me that it's better to trust another brand like Horbaach instead of Carlyle. Thanks

    Customer can reach out to CS **** as I will approve a ONE-TIME courtesy to refund the customer but in the future Items MUST to be returned for a refund, regardless of where/when it was purchased.

    Will update the customer's account to reflect the refund options given so when customer contacts us the agent is aware and there are no confusions on any part.

    I ordered a nutritional supplement from this company and 5 minutes later I called to cancel, and they told me that they do not allow cancellations. I received the product and asked for a refund, and they sent me their address, so I could mail it back to them. This was a bogus address, and I received the product back, undeliverable. They proceeded to suggest I accept a pre-paid label so I could return it them. I have yet to receive it, and it had been over a month. They are very unreasonable and have a very bad customer service ***** I find this company very difficult to do business with, and very unacceptable. I want a refund on this product. It was a mistake and I feel I should at least get my money refunded to me.
