    **** - AVOID BUYING.I placed an order of more than 1000 dollars on their website: ****************************** and used 10% off coupon that they offer for first-time purchase.Ten days go by and nothing happens... I emailed them asking what's up with my order... another day go by and I finally get a message saying: "Your order is canceled due to unforseen events." Then I get this message from their customer service: "...be informed that all of our consumable products will have an expiry of 1-2 years, and our products are not for resale. So to consume the products within the expiry, and to avoid order cancellations we would suggest you please place orders of lesser value." Avoid buying from them. You don't want to waste your time and being treated like a 5 year old child. Don't fall for their 10% off first purchase because it clearly shows they will make you place small orders so they give you a less discount and you end up paying more. I suggest buying from ************ ****************** I never had a problem with them. They are great ship fast with ***** and care for their customers, I receive free gifts with every big order.

    I was buying Turmeric + Ginger Liquid Tincture from Carlyle Nutritionals on the Amazon website. It was yellow in color as expected. Then suddenly I was receiving the product as a clear liquid. Did they suddenly cut back cost of goods to save money or do they not have a quality control team?

    not a trustworthy company. agents know nothing about their products. nobody there knows anything about their products. thats questionable and when i asked them about them they gave me vague runaround answers. avoiding any straight answers. thats suspect to me. and when i took one of their so called all natural iodine products i got so sick. i do not trust them as a company or their products. they are nto being honest or truthful about their products they know nothing about them, a red flag. and they do not stand behind them. i wonder why?not honest thats why. and who knows where these are made or how they are made. i do not recommend them at all. they are unreputable.

    Carlyle Nutritionals seems to use false advertising, and using bait & switch tactics with outdated/misleading product images to sell merchandise online. I recently purchased Magnesium Glycinate pills from them which claimed to be 200mg online, but when I got the product in the mail, I was shocked to discover the label said only 20mg were the gummies! (That's only a measley 10% of the promised dosage!) Worse yet, when I called the company to complain, instead of the phone being answered locally in NY, the call was routed overseas to some 3rd party outfit whose accent I couldn't understand at all, they had no logical explanation or apology whatsoever for the mistake. Carlyle Nutritionals is not acting like a repubtable company, when their quality-control on ********************** is so poor that serious typos or mistakes on product labels are ignored, brushed off, and even stubbornly kept online for future customers to be misled by. Not recommended!
