    On March 10, 2025 we brought our 2024 Subaru WRX in to the Johnstons Subaru service department for a rattle coming from the dashboard. When I made the appointment over the phone I was told that if the issue was not resolved within two hours I would receive a loaner car. I was there for over four hours and was refused a loaner. Then I was told that it would not be covered under warranty because a dash cam that I installed disturbed the front passenger side A-pillar. This is neither correct nor possible. I then reached out to Subaru of America and received a call from **** She stated that the issue would not be covered under warranty. She was very nasty and uncooperative when I did not back down. When I mentioned obtaining an attorney she rudely hung up on me. I would like the BBB to resolve this issue before we are forced to take Johnstons Subaru and Subaru of America to court for breach of contract. Please note that I have also filed a complaint about Subaru of America.

    I responded to a promotion from Subaru to test drive a vehicle. The promotion required me to make an appointment and bring the voucher to a Subaru dealership to test drive a vehicle. I made an appointment with ******* ***** on September 18th 2024 and met with ***** ***** on September 19 at 3:15pm for a test driver. I provided the attached form. Since I took the vehicle for a test drive, neither ** ***** or ** ***** submitted the voucher for me to receive the $50 gift card per the promotion. I've met all of the requirements. I have made several attempts to contact both of them and they have been non-response. I left a voice mail for the general manager, ** *** and have yet to hear back from him,
