    Horrible car dealership! Please stay away. This was my first time buying a car in August 2022 and they made the experience very difficult. When I purchased the car, they never disclosed to me that there were 3 prior accidents on it. When I purchased the car, they did not have the spare key available to give to me and it took them over a month to send it to me with me constantly calling. When the key arrived, it was not even working and I had to take it elsewhere to get it to work and had to pay. They also lied about the warranty they gave me, the battery was faulty and died 4 times and I only had the car for a year. Lastly, they never sent me the title to my car even though I bought the car outright in cash so I didn't owe them anything and the car was mine. I had to go to the *** before they told me I never got the title, because they were missing the apartment number for my address and the mail bounced back. The dealership never informed me of this. They are very rude and incompetent and this dealership needs to be shut down. Do not go here and specifically do not work with the salesperson *************************. Please investigate him and this dealership.

    Worse experience, specially if you are not financing with them. The Financial manager named *****, was rude and unprofessional. As a financing manager and having so many years of experience, made so many mistakes. People needs to be careful when signing a bill of sale, there's extra charges that they don't tell you about. She had 2 or 3 different bills of sale for the vehicle I was purchasing. My Bank was requesting a bill of sale signed by the dealer and myself. She never signed it, she didn't wanted to give me the original copy and make go back and forth to the dealer. Every time I called to speak with her because I had a questions about the extra charges, the only thing that she keep saying, was you already signed the purchase receipt, you are not getting the $500 deposit. Also please always check for the window sticker which it shows the full thank of gas is included in the price, but then they charged additional $35 for gas on the bill of sale. smh

    I went and took a test drive on a Subaru Ascent that was a used car and loved it. After test drive i was asking about recalls which would be taken care of prior to me taking possession of vehicle. Than was told about a title issue with all of there used cars and that there was no cars that i could leave with unless it was a brand new one that was top of the line model. I feel like that did a bait and switch they make you like a car than after you spend time going over everything they say sorry you cant buy it so here is another car more expensive. I feel that before i got into the car they should of disclosed any problems with title or anything else. I want people to be aware of what the dealership is doing to customers like me. Thank You
