    Ordered a tool and shipping to be here in 4-5 days and paid $18+ to have it here. Emailed the day after and asked why did I pay shipping to get it here when I needed it and their response was well you can cancel it.I told them that is a horrible response and terrible customer service. We will see if they live up to getting the tool in another 4-5 days. To say the least this will be the last order I place with them!!

    Ordered a furnace part paid for overnight shipping and received the next day. Everything great. Just thought I would add a positive review since price was great and I was hesitant to order reading bad reviews.

    Ordered a few parts, that were knowingly on backorder for about a week. I was fine with that. Reached out almost a month later to ask where my order was. They cancelled it, with no notifications whatsoever. Then they had they audacity to tell me the item is back in stock, and that I could reorder it now. ( Mind you the price has gone up almost 30%) Yeah right! You take my money, then cancel my order and don't tell me, then tell me to just buy it again at a much higher price. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

    I order a tool from KTool ORDER #******
    I payed for it and i never received the tool I checked and it was back order time when by and never received anything I emailed them once and never received answer.
    I look back now and the tool is not available any more but still didn’t get my money back
    Or response from them just to make it harder there’s no phone number everything has to be maid by emails here we are 2 years later and no tool no money($270.00) . Definitely a bad company to purchase anything.
    I would not recommend it at all.

    Order med a part for my furnace that stated in stock online. Was given an email confirming order. Order was supposed to arrive on 2/7/23 and when it didnt we sent an email asking for the status. The replied saying the item is on back order and you were not charged for this order. That was a LIE!!!! I most definitely was charged and I told them I have prod from my bank. This fraudulent place is exactly what everyone said about them a SCAM. Now I have to report to my bank about a fraudulent transaction. What a waste of everyones time. DO NOT order from these frauds!!!

    Ordered an Acme Miami **** dryer duct booster from KTool, received initial notification, but there was a problem getting a needed part. It took a couple of weeks for that, but my order was shipped when ready, packaged properly, and arrived in good order. They communicated with me about the issue when I sent the inquiry. I'd do business with them again.

    Ordered a 3 speed blower motor for my wood stove. I paid for 3 day shipping and got it in 2 days. I thought the website was a scam after I started reading the reviews, But everything worked out for me. I just figured I would leave a review for the next guy.
