    DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I purchased a q5 in june of 2022..Since October is has been smoking. I brought it in 3 times and each time they said it was different issue that was causing the car to smoke. The last time was April 22. I brought the car in and was told that the part for the car was on back order until May ************************************************************* On May 15th I received a call that the car was ready. On May 17th, I picked up the car and when i got in the car there was a foul odor, the parking brake sensor was blinking and there was an error message on the dashboard that said "Parking brake defective". I proceeded to drive the car and began to experience issues with the brakes and steering the vehicle. I brought the car back and spoke with ***. I informed him that the car was not working properly and that I had an issued with steering and brakes. Then a few days later, he calls me back and said that my car was infested with MICE and the mice chewed the wires. He proceeds to tell me that I now have to go through my insurance to pay for the damages. I told him that the car has been sitting on their lot since April and that they need to repair the vehicle. They said that they don't have mice..because they have CATS!!!.. They are refusing to pay for the damages to my car. The car isn't drivable because of the damage to the car while it was sitting at the dealsership. They don't care about their customers..Audi will not take ownership for the damages to the car and wanted to scam me into going through my insurance to pay for thier mistake..BEWARE of purchasing a vehicle there....they have a mice problem..which means that other vehicles have been infested with mice as well. *** is a scam artist.
