      Absolutely **************** If I could give **** and Campbell a zero-star rating, I absolutely would. Where do I even begin? I called them on January 14, 2025, to have a technician check my furnace, which was not functioning properly. A technician arrived and diagnosed the issue as a bad ******************** He also pitched a new rental program for a furnace, which I declined.He assured me that the company would reach out later that evening with a price for the necessary part. After not hearing from them, I reached out multiple times and spoke to several representatives. Each time, I was met with the same response: they would put the issue in the system and apologize for any inconvenience. Fast forward to January 20th, and still, I have heard nothing from them. My house is freezing, and Im stuck with a broken furnace during the coldest temperatures of the yearall thanks to this incompetent company.I will never use their services again, and I will be advising my friends and family to steer clear of **** and Campbell. Look elsewhere if you value your time and comfort!

      I purchased a HVAC system. I got 4 units for a 3-bedroom house with Living room, dining and kitchen . i paid $24,000. I asked for more units and the salesman *****, told me i would have to pay $24,000 more. My friend used another company, she got 6 units and paid $13,000. Now that its this cold i am very cold in my Kitchen and dining area. I did not shop around because i was desperate to get heat. I am very unhappy with **** and Campbell and feel ripped off.**** *.

      Was at my residence for 10 minutes and charged me a $****** diagnostic to tell me my fan was dirty and needed cleaning however he did not have the time to do the job so i would need to schedule an appt. The called to schedule an appt. and stated the charge would be an additional 298.00/hour to clean the fan. The job could take an hour or two. ****** to clean a fan? I wasted ******. I guess its more important to make the ****** than to make and keep customers. To think, they actually installed the unit years ago and i have used them for maintenance. Not anymore. Ill take my business elsewhere

      Will never use their services again, or recommend them. Very **************************** Scheduled appt for Fri 6/28 to service my Central A/C unit from 1-6, Tech never showed up or call.At 6:10 I called, informed that Tech will call me back. Tech called back at 7:00, informed me that he can come in an hour 1/2, informed him to come Sat. Tech did come on Sat, informed him that the A/C was working but water was leaking & the pipe was disconnected from the A/C Unit. He looked at it & told me that he doesn't have part, took a photo of it & informed me that he will try to find part & come back on Sat. I stayed home all day & the Tech never returned or call, Tech spent only 5 mins at my house. *************************** debited my acct on Sat for $107.79. On Mon 7/1, I contacted my bank & requested to reverse chg since services were not rendered. My Bank submitted a claim on chg. On Mon 7/1, I called ***************************, spoke with *****, informed me that Office Mgr ****** was on another call. Explained complaint to ********** informed me that he will make sure ****** return my. As of today Tuesday 7/2, no one has returned my call & my A/C Unit was never serviced.

      Worst experience ever!! They put in a costly central air system this winter and when we turned it on, it did not work and ruined our floors and ceiling. After reaching out to their technicians.it took over 7 visits to correct the problem. Each time they said it was fixed, it broke again. The worst part is they charged me and said it was because it had old parts.why would they leave in old parts since they put in the system? We have been calling and leaving messages for weeks about this charge and no one calls us back. And, it is still not even working properly. If the company sees this review, feel free to reach out since you dont return any of our phone calls regarding the charge!! Would not recommend this company and have already deterred our neighbors from using them. The only positive thing I can say is that the technicians are all lovely to deal with but they cant seem to communicate our request to customer service.

      Horrible and unscrupulous! My elderly parents (ages 95 & 87) ** stopped working, so I called **************************** First time they came out, they said a wire came loose and fixed the ** in 5 minutes, but they said the system is old and asked me if I wanted to get an estimate for a new system. 3 days later the ** stopped working again. Same tech came out, but this time said he could not fix it on the spot, listed 8 serious things wrong with the ** and told me it would cost $800-$1000 for parts & repair with no guarantees that he could get it to work. Again encouraged me to get someone to come out for an estimate. This time I said yes - someone was at the house in 15 minutes and 15 minutes later sent me a proposal for more than $10K for a new system. I decided we needed a 2nd opinion and had another company come out the next day. They fixed the system in 5 minutes and said a loose wire was taped poorly but came loose again, and said we do not need a new system - system is running fine. Because *************************** didnt fix the ** when they could have, my parents spent the night in a very precarious situation, with the caretaker sponging down my Mom every hour because she was overheating. *************************** put my elderly parents in a potentially life-threatening situation, and lied about what was broken to aggressively pressure us into buying a new system because we felt desperate. When I complained to the managers, they failed to take responsibility and refused to refund us even for the service call in which they did not successfully fix the system. I never write negative reviews, but this was so egregious!

      I would definitely recommend **** and *******. The job was done very neatly. Everything was straight and level. The men were great. I had *****, ****** and ******. They put tarps down before they started work. They vacuumed when they were done. They answered all my questions as the job proceeded. We made some changes but in the end everything was perfect. Thanks again. ****************
