Had HVAC system installed. Workmen were professional, well trained and knowledgeable. Worked efficiently and kept work area clean.No problems. Finished 1 day early.Have been a customer of *************************** for 50 years and have never had a problem.

We realized we had no hot water and immediately called **************************** We are long time customers and have had a service contract for heating and A/C for many years. We do not have a contract for our water heater, which they installed, but were pleased to find out that the service call would still be covered. A technician arrived that afternoon and diagnosed the problem to a faulty sensor. We were given the choice whether to just replace the sensor or to get a new water heater. Since the existing heater is almost 12 years old, we thought it would be wiser to just replace the whole unit. **** and Campbell was back at our house the next morning by 9 AM with a new water heater. They explained that not having hot water put us at the top of their priority list, which we really appreciated. A couple of hours later, and we were up and running. All of the technicians who came to our house were pleasant and extremely competent, taking the time to explain exactly what they were doing, and what their recommendations were. We have always had good service from **** and Campbell through the decades of our affiliation with them.Yost & Campbell Heating, Cooling & Generators

Were very Thorough in finding the problem instead of just saying I need a new furnace. I asked if I may ask a question on my water heater, quickly found the ******** ***** having both units repaired. I have been with *************************** for decades. I have trusted them with our HVAC and the service is impeccable. Great value, timely, responsive and honest.
