    My car has gone there for oil changed as my service records will reflect. My last service they advised me my underbody cover was never put back on. Called dealer Wednesday spoke to a man who stated to me was the service supervisor comes to find out he was not. The real supervisor called me back Thursday. He told me they are not responsible for that. Then he stated to me my service from 12/14/24 wasnt even in their system.

    I took out a lease of a honda pilot trailsport the reason why I went with the trailsport was because it comes with a towing hitch when the car arrived and I wanted to make m y first tow I removed the cover to plug in the trailer and to my surprise there was no wiring harness just an empty cover I tried calling a few times and was transferred to multiple ppl but the issue was not resolved
