    Back in September I recognized a company reporting on my credit report that I have no knowledge of. I called them from September-January and never was able to get someone on the line. After searching their website and seeing them mention that disputes are faster through email I decided to email them on 2/2/24. When I emailed them my issue in fact did respond. I asked for them to call me a few times. They called once but I missed it. But they stated that after investigating my account they see that it should be removed. I requested a letter from them stating that and they have gone completely ghost on me. Ive emailed them about 10x requesting a letter and havent heard from them since 2/5/24. Whatever they are reporting on my credit isnt mine and its stopping me from being able to move. So now Im homeless with my kids. Which if they just send the letter I requested I could move. But here we are 2 weeks out and I have no letter or no response from them. Thats very unprofessional for them to never answer the phone and stop responding to emails. I just want a document stating they said they would remove the account so that I can move .

    Upon reviewing a copy of my credit report and I found major discrepancies and erroneous information regarding the creditor Top Line Reporting Inc. See the attached copy of my credit report; the errors have been highlighted. Top Line Reporting Inc. only submitted erroneous credit information to ************************* This company excluded the erroneous information from Equifax and Experian Credit Bureaus which is in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act By the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I demand that these items be investigated and removed from my report.
