      $1900 purchase price
      Bought sofa, loveseat, Recliner
      Tear on the inside of the sofa due to manufacturer defect but Carls furniture stating due to someone constantly sitting on this side it made a tear which is impossible to make a tear from sitting it’s furniture made to sit on!
      Very disappointed with the service would like a full refund and I will spend my money elsewhere they can come pick this junk or furniture up if I’m having issues within weeks what’s going to happen in a year or two?

      Hi Kevin, When I asked my store manager about this below is his response that he sent me yesterday: As of today, I had not talked to her since we received the letter.  She was scheduled to have Greg H***** go repair her sectional but she then refused service after accepting the service when I spoke to her last.  Carl V**** Vogel Properties, INC  Carls Wholesale Furniture Warehouse
