      This is our first time purchasing Furniture from Carl's. The staff was very helpful and friendly when we drove down and purchased it. Now just 3 weeks after purchasing the 3 pc set, the fabric is tearing away from the stitching, the fabric is thin and almost brittle like or weathered, something is not right with the fabric, it is very poor quality. I did buy the insurance and was told no questioned asked, but I guess because it has only been 3 weeks, they aren't sure what to tell the manufacturer. I would suggest telling them just as it is, poor quality fabric. I have been emailing Mike to get this situation resolved, but I am not yet getting it resolved. I took multiple photo's of the stitching to send him to prove what was happening and he repeats this didn't just happen by itself. No it didn't, we have sat on it, it tears. The couch has been sat on, but barely used and it is ripping, the loveseat gets used almost every day in the evenings and that one is much worse and continuing to get worse. I would like my furniture replaced with a set that has good quality fabric as I thought we had purchased. I have bought all kinds of furniture in my life time and have never had to make a claim, this is unsatisfactory.

I highly recommend Carls furniture to anyone in need of furniture. "I have done a lot of business with Carls Furniture - and referred family & friends as well. Quality items, friendly & knowledgeable staff, impeccable service & delivery. The owners and their staff support everyone and that presence is very noticeable. This is the type of business you enjoy doing business with for many reasons . I can't say enough good about Carls Furniture!"
