    **** always takes really good care of me with getting financed in a fast and providing the best options available. I also was provided great service by ******. I have been getting business financed through the LCF group for a while now, and as long as you make your payments, you are fine. If you are having problems or need help making payments as long as you communicate with them, they will do their best to help you.

    I previously provided good reviews for this company due to the approval amounts. Don't obtain any funding from this company. I failed to make a single transfer, which resulted in one missed payment. However, I already planned to pay the entire loan off the same week. The payoff quote was received the same wk. I made a wire payment that was 5+ X the failed pmtt before they re-opened and sent an email. That email was never responded to. I received a total of 4 phone calls, 4 text messages, & about 8 emails in a single day due a lack of communication in their organization. I actually forwarded all of my communication to each person that contacted me and the customer service department to show how I was being treated. Since I am paying off the loan this week, the requested bank statement is irrelevant. Then "supervisor"/collection agent ****** **** contacted me without acknowledging my concerns & was unnecessarily aggressive & tactless. ****** ****** demeanor just cost *** future business with my company due to her lack of professionalism and customer service skills. I previously was employed as a risk management collection manager and never behaved in that manner. I hope *** knows that customers make any business & that my experience is reviewed to avoid others from having my experience; also, I recommend that your company investigate the events in this matter to include those of ****** ****.After being contacted by two customer service representatives & interacting with ******, this company had the nerve to offer new financing within minutes of my interaction with ******. No one took the time to listen to me...I stated that I was paying off the account. Why would I need to obtain new financing at this time??Regardless, I would never obtain any more financing w/ this company & will not recommend the services to anyone, thanks to ****** **** ("supervisor"/collection agent).     *** is going to make sure your business goes down, they're scammed and I have proves, I will post communications to consumers. ... Don't take loan from them and don't ever Seatle with LCF in any stipulation they'll try to get you by sweet talks but their intentions are you don't survive. Most of their employees are liars and they'll run away after they've lie to you and leave you stranded. Don't believe anything from anyone at LCF, you'll regret it sooner or later.
