    I do not recommend this company small businesses beware of their contracts and hidden fees unscrupulous business practices and poor customer service. Stacking penalties and fees on your account I'm willing to work with you when your business is struggling and you wanted to lower payment..This company and their staff is a nightmare to deal with ??

    I was in a position where I needed funding help. LCF was great in the beginning. When sales dipped due to inflation, rising gas prices and store closures due to covid, it came down to either pay rent or the loan. When I called begging for help and pausing the payments or reducing them temporarily they said they pause the payments and the $195 monthly service fee. They did not do any of this. They came telling me its done, but each day over $200 was pulled from the bank account. I had to call my landlord and beg her not to cash the rent check. I had to scramble to get cash together and deposited to the bank just so the rent check could clear. I was forced to do a stop payment against lcf because of they inability to confirm the payments we paused. Im sure many would agree unauthorized charges. They immediay charged me close to $7000 in fees. And filed a UCC lien against my business. My card processor is now holding all funds. My business is now destitute becuase we have no way to pay rent or utilities for the up coming months. They will only accept a payment plan that is more than my regularly weekly total payment. They will not answer questions and only talk in circles. They are now threatening me with continued legal action if I dont bend to their will. S they are using bully tactics to force me into payment plans that I cant afford. I have contacted my lawyer and hope they can now help.
