    I came here and Aaron T***** took care of me, extremely professional and respectful was able to help me out in my bad situation. I was a bit skeptical to come but he made my visit worth it!     I just purchased my certified used car at this Toyota dealer thanks to my very detail oriented and attentive salesperson ***** ******!! He was amazing, I am sooo grateful and lucky that he was my salesperson because he took the time to make sure I was happy with the purchase I was about to make (free of pressure by the way). He actually took the time to show me what each and every button did in the highlander I was interested in! So im enjoying every feature of my new car!! Thank you ***** for going above and beyond and thank you Toyota, im very happy with my purchase!!

    I had a very nice experience at New Rochelle Toyota, everyone was very helpful. I was not pressured to make a decision at all, ***** my salesperson is a decent human being who answered all my questions or found someone who could answer the question if he did not know the answer, ******* and **** could not be nicer and both offered to help with any issues that might arise. I just called **** with an issue...they are true to their word. I will be stopping by soon I have a question about a feature on my new Hylander. I recommend this Toyota dealer to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

    I had a wonderful experience today at New Rochelle Toyota . My salesperson Yiannis M********* was very friendly …He showed us different cars, explained everything about the prices , answered all of our questions.. went through the features of the car we decided to buy . Took care of the insurance , the plates .. It was a very easy process and I drove off the lot with a beautiful car .

    Amazing attention!! From the moment I went upstairs with the intention of just getting information of a used Toyota Camry for my son. I felt greeted and welcomed by ***** with a big smile.     Took our vehicle Toyota of New Rochelle for service before going on a road trip. Per the receipt and ALL fluids were replaced and tapped off. Took it for granted everything was properly completed and took our trip only to see the check engine light come on. When we went to a service station and the vehicle was checked there was no coolant, no windshield fluid. Makes me wonder what else was not done on the vehicle. Please check your vehicle before leaving the premises. Please do better Toyota of NEW ROCHELLE. Not my first horrible and frightening experience with you. Please let your integrity speak for you.
