I bought *** cologne from this company as a christmas present for my brother. Aside it arriving much later that anticipated and having to hound the company just for the tracking number, the product is entirely fake. The cologne is watered down and caused a nasty skin reaction on my brother that still hasnt gone away. This product is not authentic *** cologne as Ive owned it in the past and it smells nothing like it. There is some kind of harmful chemical in this cologne that causes this skin reaction. Weve both owned plenty of ******** and never had issues with them. The company will not cover the cost to return the item. The logo on the bottle is hot glued together and crooked, which is not how the real bottle looks at all.Business Response

I bought a bottle of a perfume I have used for ******** came on 10/29 2024. I opened it immediately and noticed the bottle was not full despite the fact that the package was sealed. I used it and knew it was a fake. No fragrance at all. Likely colored water. The phone number given said to email them.I tryed this and it is not an email address at all.I tried several times to use the one *********** is ******************************** No reply as I really expected. I feel strongly that this is a scam particularly since reading reviews I found and seeing others that have said what I said . No frangrance and fake labels. I did not see this mail and it is definitely not resolved at all. I have not heard once from the seller and cannot contact them by their email and no number they have answers after multiple trys to call them.PLEASE do not close this claim and attempt to settle this.

My father(66) was scammed from this company. The perfume was surely a knock off as soon as I opened the box. It looked identical, however there's blackish shading over the pink. I put the perfume on and it isn't strong. It seems to me it has a mixture of ***** ****** romance watered down with alcohol. ***** ****** Romance is a very distinctive smell and very strong. I recently bought a Versace Eros cologne from Hottperfume.com, expecting an authentic product. However, I was disappointed to find clear signs of a counterfeit. The packaging had spelling mistakes, which is unusual for a high-end brand like Versace. Even more concerning, the bottle was labeled as *** de ****** (EDP) instead of the *** de ******** (EDT) I ordered. Plus, the batch code didn't match *******'s records. This experience has left me out of pocket and distrustful of Hottperfume.com's products, and I'm looking for a resolution to this frustrating situation.Business Response

I placed an order for a perfume for my wife called black opal. I placed the order on 10/26/2023. I received a shipment on 11/06/2023. When it was opened it was found to be fake. My wife tried it and had an allergic reaction. After further investigating it was an obvious fake. Not only does it smell like alcohol but it has the characteristics found online in spotting fakes. I have worn this for 10+ years, it was recently discontinued by Polo, so I found this website and they say right on thier page it is authentic. It absolutely is NOT authentic!!It smells like pure alcohol and burned my eyes and nose when i smelled it. My wife has smelled this on me for our whole marriage, this is NOT uthentic Polo, it is a fake.Even the bottle cap and sprayer look nothing like the Authentic bottle.
