      Complete Scam!! Purchased Versace Eros and it was a total fake!! I knew the moment I opened the package. Top was cheap and fragrance was non existent. Literally water, no smell. You call, straight to voicemail. I emailed them and just wanted my money back and I paid more money to send the cologne back to them. They emailed me and stated that I could send back and I would receive my refund. Tracking states that they received the package on November 8 and it is now November 17 and I emailed them 2x and no response. At this point, I feel like I was robbed.

      You sell fake perfumes. If I could give you zero stars, I would. I have bought the original YSL Libre from Sephora and I compared with the one bought from your company, so fake. The reviews that give you 5 stars must be fake too. Check BBB and there is a lot of complaints about their fake selling perfumes

      They sole me a fake product; I ordered some perfume 8/30/2023, r!lying on other review sites, thinking they were legit. They I looked on BBB, and saw all these negative reviews, so I immediately filed a dispute on 9/6/2023, because I had not received any confirmation of the sell. Literally that night, maybe 90 minutes after I got off the phone with my credit card company, I received an email stating the item was shipped; HOW?! I received the item today, 9/11/2023, and there is no batch number to verify the product, also on the box it states the perfume is edp, and on the bottle it states edt. I never get an answer when I call the customer service, only a voice-mail answers or sending an email, I get a 48 hour response time of which no one responds.
