    I am filing a formal complaint against Precision Pipeline Solutions for gross negligence that caused a life-threatening gas leak in my home. Their failure to follow basic safety protocols put my family at serious risk of an explosion, and they have refused to take responsibility.On March 13, 2025, Precision Pipeline Solutions performed work under BGE Work Order ********. A contractor entered my home at 12:30 PM to relight my gas appliances after completing external work. Shortly after, I smelled gas and called ******* Emergency.Two BGE technicians confirmed a major gas leak. *. ******** (employee no. *****) stated that the leak was caused by Precision Pipeline Solutions' work that day. They failed to test for leaks before relighting my appliances, which is a critical safety measure. As a result, gas levels inside my home reached over 50%, meaning my home could have exploded had we not called.Instead of taking responsibility, Precision Pipeline Solutions falsely blamed my husband and me. The *******, ****, claimed they were only responsible for external work. However, **** Gas Safety unit confirmed that their work outside directly caused the leak ********* 4:30 PM, my gas was shut off, leaving me without heat, hot water, or access to gas appliances. **** later sent a technician from *********** Plumbing at 7:00 PM, but he arrived unprepared, without a gas leak monitor, and left without resolving the issue.I still do not have gas service, and my calls to Precision Pipeline Solutions have gone unanswered.

    On 10/31/21 ************** contracted Precision Pipeline Solutions (PPS) to perform the excavation necessary to facilitate moving our gas meter from inside our basement to outside of our home. Unfortunately, this relocation resulted in significant water damage to my property. On 12/23/23 I discovered water had been coming in through the foundation where the relocation happened. The excavation site was not properly filled, leading water intrusion that subsequently caused water damage to the interior of my property. The water damage has resulted in flooring having to be removed, damage to personal property and mold growth. I contacted ************** and they provided me with the contact information for a representative of PPS, *************************. I have reached out to Mr.Linzi on 5/15/2024 submitting a formal complaint through email and followed up with several phone calls. I have not received any response. I am requesting immediate action to address the water damage caused by the excavation. This includes but is not limited to: Conducting a thorough assessment of the water damage to determine the extent of interior and exterior repairs needed. Covering the cost of remediating any and all damage caused by the water intrusion, including mold/mildew remediation and replacement cost of damaged personal property.

    National Grid cut my gas off and said that some pipeline company needed to see my gas meeter, no one ever called or tried to contact me about any meeter. Im making a payment agreement with national grid I am 66 and need my stove to cook my meals. This is horrible How could they just cut your gas off without letting you know
