    This company is a force of abuse to deal with. They have been harassing and bullying in the name of National Grid since they gained access to the client files. *** been approached and have investigated to find out more information as when National Grid allowed a sharing of their distribution to solicit their service. National Grid showed little concern when a small supplier canvassed my neighborhood claiming I was informed of them on my bill and all I had to do was show it and they would explain everything. They collected my information and I was tricked into an added cost that I had to chase my tail to get rid of. I was reminded by National Grid I allowed this company to have a right to billing me as I had given them access via my information. To offset this happening again I am researching precision pipeline as their ability of safeguarding my peace of mind is to assault me with threats to keep me recognizing National Grid stands behind them with the power to shut down my service if I dont do what I cant confirm that National Grid structured them the sole power to do. They have painted on the curb in front of my house 2bcut after placing a disconnect warning on my door and National Grid are none of the numbers offered for contact for clarity. The numbers offered keeps leading me back to their offices. There is illegality somewhere in this and on finding it a class action law suit with agencies considered should be established.

    *************** ISP METER PROJECT through its subcontractor Precision Pipeline Solutions indicated required maintenance of its natural gas meter in my home ... so I was required to call PPS for an appointment. I did so on my special telephone for hearing-impaired people getting a date of February 17, 2023. I waited all afternoon **** but nobody showed up!Again I called PPS ... to complain; I was asked to re-reschedule and was for ***** 12.I waited all morning **** but again nobody showed up!!I emailed ************** (*********** **) to complain but am still awaiting their reply. Do I have to call a third time to re-schedule???
