      They double charged on our credit card, and refuse to refund the money, because they cannot prove they received it twice. I would not trust them to keep accurate records for you or your company if they cannot seem to do it for themselves.Before this, they were quite unhelpful with our issues, and we rarely spoke with a representative who knew what was going on. We would call and they would just repeat the problem back to us as if that wasn't the reason we were calling in the first place.This is an unorganized company, that has many employees who are unwilling and apparently unable to provide adequate service to their customers.

      *all from ***********_ who I believe is a scammer. ~ Online says this is LEVEL 3 *OMMUNI*ATIONS, LL*. Search Sunbiz and their Registered Agent is * T CORPORATION SYSTEM. ~ * T CORPORATION SYSTEM's Registered Agent is THE CORPORATION COMPANY. ~ Interestingly enough, the Registered Agent for THE CORPORATION COMPANY is none other than the * T CORPORATION SYSTEM To bring this full circle, a person who spoke with little to no English called me from ***********_ asking me to verify who I am. I could not understand who he was representing it was community hospital or community medical? There is no such place in our area and I have never been treated anywhere that was called *ommunity___(whatever). I researched the company and it is owned by another company which is owned by another company..... you get the idea. you cant find them. This is VERY disturbing and now I have to lock down my credit with 3 credit bureaus in the hopes that this hasn't gone too far yet.

      This company is trying to destroy my business! It's clear from all the negative reviews that what this company is trying to do to me is what they've done to others. Without my knowledge they have opened a fraudulent, erroneous and derogatory UCC filing against my business, causing the loss of critical small business funding.I need these fraudulent filings removed today.

      I have tried unsuccessfully to contact a live person at the ********** office waiting on hold for over an hour and finally hung up. I have an urgent matter regarding a lease with a car company that has employed the services of CT Corp and as someone registered with the state with disabilities I am deeply frustrated. This is a matter that requires immediate assistance and if not handled appropriately I stand to lose $10k
