      I had paid close to $13,000 (USD) for a round trip from ******** ***** to ***********, USA. I had bought this ticket through their British Airways website. Since I couldn't travel back I decided to cancel my return portion of the journey back in October 2022. When I called to cancel I was told I will get back close to $3,000 and till date they have not given a penny back. I am retired 83 year old person and I cannot believe British Airways swindles hard earned (old) people's money like this. I have called multiple times and so far no luck in getting back my refund.

      British Airways had gotten my husband home safely which is great. It would have been nice to receive his luggage with his flight too. But, things happen. There is no one to call at BA for lost luggage when you go from an international flight to a domestic carrier. ****** ******** was professional and polite but even they couldn’t get hold of BA to find my husband’s luggage. A lost luggage claim was filed with AA because it was the last carrier of the trip. The luggage was “lost” by BA. BA should update the customer of their luggage status or update AA so they can update us. BA was the weak link in customer service. When I finally had gotten hold of BA days later, they hung up on me as I inquired about the luggage.

      British Airways is a horrible airline. I just flew back from ****. The seat width and pitch are very small. (31 pitch and **** width) . They try to cram too many rows on a ******. On a three hour flight from **** to ******, only water was offered. They charged **** for a small cup of coffee. They do not allow you to pick your seat on a standard economy fare until 24 hours before the flight unless you pay an additional 98+. This was not an economy basic fare. This is for their normal fare. The food on the transatlantic flight from ****** to *********** was horrible. Finally, they do not assign a gate until 1 hour before the flight. We had to sprint across ******** to make our flight. In summary, they operate like a budget airline while charging legacy carrier prices.

      Were still waiting on a lost baggage claim from June, 2022. At first we received a couple of update emails that said they would get back to us soon. Then just silence. **************** is practically non-existent - no one on the phone can help and instead were directed to the website. But no one contacts us from the website either.

      I booked my two-way flight tickets from ******** to *********. On my return, I paid for extra luggage (****** ****** Rupees), and the flight got delayed in ******* on my return. So BA had to re-book the last leg of my journey on a different carrier ******* Airlines) and I had to pay extra luggage $187. At the time of re-booking when asked they handed over a business card to call that number to arrange for a refund but the number seems to be a voice message and not helpful. I filed a case on BA.com: Case reference number: ******** but to date no response. Please someone help me

      Criminal company that is most likely committing illegal charges for booking they're not able to handle. They cancelled our departure flight from ********* to ****** in July 22 4 times. Now that we are in Europe and lost hotel/****** bookings due to their BA cancellations, and want to return to ******* earlier, they are holding hostage in every sense: 1) don't allow us to rebook online, 2) their call center is not authorized to make any changes & I spent 10+ hrs today 07/25 on phone with them w no luck - they keep on hanging up; 3) ** team does not answer. They charged me over 7.5K so far for 2 ********** can't even confirm a flight date although I am willing to pay extra. BA's executives should go to jail for the fraudulent activities they're committing. There is no way you charge 2k+ for ************* for business & yet your website is always down and people are stuck in foreign countries w no service available. This is not a joke, this is fraud, theft, the most horrible of services that I ever experienced. I want my money back, I want refund for my tickets, and all expenses. I want 25 days of my life wasted with BA too. You should all be getting fired and going to jail for your illegal/fraudulent activities
